This is a Tele-type, new model, alder body, maple neck ( meaty like my '65 Strat), veneer burly top with cream binding, 22 medium frets, crome Grovers, Fender scale. It has two lipsticks (4k ohm) and a Duncan Design JB (16k ohm)in the bridge, 5-way selector switch.

I play Blues and rock. This guitar is something different as the lipsticks really have a distinct sound and the humbucker is hot and produces highs like no other I've had. In the notch between the two front lips you get a sweet and full rock-a-billy twang that I like.
The other notch is nasal but it rocks. There is one problem with this guitar; a serious ohm mismatch (4k and 16k) when switching from lip. to bridge. The Duncan is so much more powerful it doesn't really "go" with a lipstick, not in output nor in volume. Other than that, it's a great guitar. It's good-looking and plays well.

Everything was setup well enough for most of us, but I couldn't imagine owning a guitar that I couldn't tweek. It had two high frets but those are easy to file.

I would gig without a back-up. A guitar isn't going to explode suddenly on stage, strings break, that's all.

I know nothing about customer support but I do live in Korea so I couldn't be far from the source. Koreans are good about backing their products though.

I have just completed 40 years at the guitar. I have too many guitars to mention. I have bought three here in the last two months, they're inexpensive. I like Korean guitars. I know they have no snob appeal but at my age I'm way beyond trying to impress others. Fenders are better than Samicks, about 10% better. They cost better too, about 400%. I wish it had Fender-type inline tuners. If the humbucker was wound at about 8k it would fit the guitar's performance better. But I like the Duncan,it screams . . it's just on the wrong guitar.
