Sound : 7
I play this guitar through a BOSS GT-6 and have had to tweak the tone a LOT to get it close to where I want it. Pickups are certainly not the best out there but they seem reasonable. You would have thought with a custom limited edition guitar like this one that they would have put some really good Seymour Duncans in it.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Action is nice and smooth. The guitar came setup pretty nicely, only very minor adjustments had to be made to lower the string height and correct the intonation.

Reliability/Durability : 8
As long as you don't use the Bigsby Tremolo this guitar plays well, and stays in tune - touch that Bigsby and you're out of tune! The Bigsby looks great on this guitar but is basically a non-functional "feature". Other than the Bigsby, the guitar plays consistently great and is VERY reliable in all other aspects. The finish on this guitar is supurb, it looks as good today as it did 3 1/2 years ago when I got it new. There is only a little bit of wear marks in the gold hardware, but that IS to be expected.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with the customer support for anything. The guitar is solid.

Overall Rating : 10
I've been playing guitar since 1974. I've played lots and lots of different guitars in those years and I have been more comfortable with this guitar than any previous. I compared this guitar to probably 50 or 60 guitars over the course of a year and a half before I purchased it. I compared it to a good number of really high end guitars and I thought it played as well as any of them. I did most of my comparing to the mid-range guitars and I found that it played better that almost everything I picked up. The price was really nice for the features and looks of this guitar. I'd purchase one of them again and make the beautiful Bigsby rigid, LOL!
