Incredibly articulate tuning adjustement. At the bridge--so any slight adjustment needed you can hit quickly and accurately. Wonderfullly deep chrome--shaped friendly to the hand. Perfect for muting etc.

If you are a believer in tone being effected by every aspect of your guit--and I am--the quality of your bridge and tailpiece components is important. I beleive my sustain and tone arevery positively affected by this piece from Schaller

The fit and finish is perfect!

Its a tailpiece so you'd have to run it over with a truck to destroy it. But the guitar is about 8 years old--played daily hard and the chrome doesnt have a scratch on it. No pitting --looks new

This is where Schaller shines. I lost a fine tuning screw. It was my own doing, so I started looking on th Net for a replacement. Well, its kind of difficult to narrow your search for just that, so I just went to Schaller's Website. I wrote them last night and I received and emaill this morning from Dr. Lars B??nning the managing owner and director.
I wrote Washburn USA three times starting a month ago and still havent heard from them. The owner of Schaller--THE OWNER--- writes me back that night and says--get this--he is sending me one.
Now, a screw is not alot of money obviously---but that kind of attention to detail makes me feel good about all the times I have bout their stuff--and even more likely to do it again.

Harmony asks us to be critical if we can. I can't. Schaller makes great stuff, we all know that. So do some other manufactures. But what seperates a company from another is what do they do when something goes wrong? Schaller steps up!
