How frustrating is it being a lefty? I have (and no doubt you have if your reading this) searched high and low for a quality left hand guitar and ended up nearly tearing my hair out. I came across Schecter at a time I was gonna give up and I'm so glad I found them. You gotta take your hat off to them, they have the best selection of lefties bar NONE. No other guitar maker has committed to making so many different quality lefties. If your a lefty looking for a beautiful guitar I HIGHLY recommend you try this out. DON'T like me spend ??500 on an Epiphone or a cheap Ibanez. Save your money and buy a guitar like this seriously its worth it. Fuck Ibanez, Fender, Peavey, PRS, Gibson and everyone else for failing to have a pair of balls and make anything besides ONE lefty model.

I own an Epiphone les paul and an Ibanez RG370DXL so I've not really experienced any amazing pickups but the EMG's on the Hellraiser sound brilliant. Every note sounds true, chords ring beautifully every chord tone can be heard perfectly and I think that they clean up really nicely when you cut the volume back. Neck pickup is really great for clean stuff. Leads sound amazing, I play everything from Pantera, Metallica, Tool, Dream Theater to Manic Street Preachers and Radiohead and this can handle it all. It even rings beautifully when unplugged.
Im giving this a 9, partly because I've always had shit pickups but really cause it just sounds ace.

This part is really amazing. I live in Ireland and I bought my Hellraiser from Adrionack Guitar in New York. Hence, my guitar had to be shipped 3,000 miles across the Atlantic (yes thats 3,000 miles) to get to me. It came (and I mean this) in perfect condition, without a scratch. The finish is beautiful, the inlays on the fretboard are so cool, and I just LOVE the headstock. The thing is just quality.
The action and playability on this is what really made me go crazy! It just perfect, I was expecting that I'd need to tweak something (action, intonation) but I seriously have not touched it and it plays so good. Again hats off to the Schecter techs for setting it up. The neck is so fast, the strings are not as tight as on my Epiphone which makes strumming and bends so easy and accurate. It feels almost like guitar with a tremelo (the string tension I mean).
Quick hammer ons and pull off are so easy on this and shred is not a problem! It just lets your fingers flow.
Considering the distance this travelled to get to me, and the condition I got it in, this deserves nothing but a ten.

It is quite a small guitar, its light too, but it feels so sturdy. haven't had it that long for anything to go faulty on me but i don't expect it to.
