This guitar is awesome. The action was pretty low but it works pretty good and I think I will leave it alone. I play every kind of music but mostly Mudvayne, Slipknot style stuff. I am using a crate half stack (hybrid) wich sounds great with the low B string.
Not real noisy at all.
Has a rich full tone. Can get everytone from it
The only thing I don't like about it is the tone knob is pretty loose and the 3 way selector switch doesn't seem long lasting so I will probably leave it at the bridge pickup

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
The guitar was set up pretty well. Little buzz but that can be fixed. The pickups were pretty high but that can also be taken care of. In the finnish there are little imperfections that don't affect the playability to I don't worry about it If it was a $5000 guitar I probably would but fot a $400 guitar I am satisfied.

Reliability/Durability : 8
This guitar seems pretty durable. Seems like it will last a while. The finnish is nice and will stay put. The strap buttons are solid, I can depend on it, but I would not use without a back up (bought a ESP LTD M-107). The only thing that needs to be taken care of it the togle switch and tone nob. Works fine now but I can see it going in the future.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I just got it about 8 hours ago so I don't know yet.

Overall Rating : 8
I have been playing for 8 years (bass for 6, guitar for 2). I own an accustic, a bass, an ESP 7 string and this seven string. If it were stolen, I would try to find the ass hole and kick butt but if I couldn't I would get the C-1 instead. The only thing I wish it had was cream binding on the body neck. I also wish that it was string through and had to sepertate volumes.
