This guitar has been my primary Guitar for 25 years. I love it... the Bridge, saddle and bridge plate need to be replaced after 25 years of medium to heavy strings. but it still sounds better than most of the Martin's I have played.. (no I haven't played the $110,000 D-100 yet)
Originally it had problems with the G string tuning and the nut but I had it replaced a few years ago and it has been fine ever since.

The factory settings were bad (early 80's Korean Guitar) but i have replaced the nut and the saddle with bone and it is great.

This guitar has followed me from playing at summer camps to playing in Church and concert halls for nearly 20 years. It is a real workhorse. The only time I don't play it is when I have to play a dead room then I Play my Seagull with the L.R. Baggs Pickup.

Never needed to get the guitar repaired by a factory service centre. I had the Nut replaced by a Luither. I will be getting the bridge, bridge plate and saddle done at the same place.

I have been playing for 25 years. I think my parents payed under $200 for this guitar in 1980 brand new. I would replace it if it was lost or stolen.
I just love the sound of this guitar it is mellow with enough brightness not to be harsh. I play a Seagull S6+ Cedar top and I just love my sigma.
I will probably add a pickup to this guitar when i fix the bridge etc. and play it through my Fender Acoustasonic Jr. amp with BBE Acoustimax Preamp.

I'm not sure of the year it was made, but it is one of the Korean made guitars. It has twenty frets and has the tobacco sunburst finish. My Dad passed it down to me, he said that he purchased it new when he was in college.

I love it. I've owned and Ovation and I currently have an epiphone PR-6, but this is by far my favorite. I'm not even worried about buying a new acoustic in the future, for me, this sounds better than a lot of more expensive acoustics.

My Dad played it for about 30 years and then gave it to me. I havent had to make any adjustments on it since. That was about 10 years ago.

i know it was made between 1979-1985 I think mine is the later one. It has a tobacco sunburst finish acoustic 20 frets, non cutaway dreadnought, frets are pretty low for an acoustic but lots of space in between so i think jumbo.

i normally play punk stuff and write easy stuff to play so i would say it is good for that. It has a very full sound and i have been told by much better players that I have a fantastic guitar that has a great tone.

Live playing it is great i alays just put a mike in front no amp so i dunno which one would be good for it. The hardware has laste 20 years at least i had to replace 1 tuning head in that time. the finish is solid i haven't seen one better yet i have played it daily for 9 years. the strap button was not solid popped out at first till i got it fixed. it is a very dependable to use. I have used it on gigs without a backup only broke strings due to my aggresive playing style.

I love this guitar. I would not want any other acoustic this one is the one for me and i have never liked any other acoustic that I have played. Even the ones in the $2000 dollar range. If you find one in a pawn shop pick it up it will be well worth it . It is my favorite piece of gear and i am a punk\metal player. This is a sturdy guitar that will last for years to come.

This is an acoustic presumably from the late 70's to early 80's. It has a tobacco sunburst finish. Body style is standard dreadnought. I don't know a lot about the details of guitars so will leave that to someone else.

I play oldies, pop and folk and this is an ideal guitar for these styles. I am using it with a Zoom 504II acoustic guitar pedal which is a cheapo but does have a couple of decent settings. I installed a Dean Markley pro mag gold pickup which works very nicely. The sound is very bright with the GHS bright bronze extra light strings I use. I played over a dozen guitars when shopping for this one, including new ones. The sound of this one kept drawing me back.

I took this guitar to a local music store and had the action adjusted for the strings I was using. Replaced the straight bridge with an offset bridge. It now has very smooth, light action. To me it plays like a much more expensive guitar.

This is a great guitar for $150. I have never seen this exact model before or since so I assume it may be somewhat rare. Even if I could afford a new Martin, I would still keep this one.
