This guitar was made in 2006 in indonesia. it has a very comfortable 22 fret mohogany neck with a smooth satin finish. It has two duncan design humbuckers with a three way selector that offers a wide veriety of tone. Mine is in wine red wich is beautiful with the basswood body. Also the hardware is finished in a nice platinum finish.

This guitar suits my style perfectly. I play alot of punk (like green day), rock, alternative rock, metal and classic rock. I play through a fender frontman 212 and I have to say this guitar has a very full deep sound. Its good for pretty much anything! Its also a blues machine! It stays sharp even when saturated in distortion. Overall a good sounding guitar.

Well, I really wouldnt know how the original factory set-up was because I bought it in a pawn shop But as far as I can tell its set up very well. No sharp frets or anything like that. But probably the only bad thing i can say about this guitar is that the neck is dead on the high E string on the last four or five frets. kinda dissapointing but i am a rythm guitar player and i almost NEVER play leeds. The input jack gets a bit loose from time to time but nothing major.

This is a great gigging guitar and backup. this is a very sturdy and dependable guitar and i think it will last many years. The strap button screw was a little loose and possibly stripped out but nothing some gorilla glue couldnt handle! :) But all and all a Good gigging guitar. I used it as a backup for my standard strat but i think i am going to use this guitar at my next gig!

Well i've been playing for about 3 years now and i own many guitars including fender epiphone ibanez ect. and i can honestly say this is probably my favorite. The neck is super smooth and lets you play for longer periods of time. If this guitar was stolen i would try to find another one (this guitar is discontinued). If you come across this guitar at a pawn shop, DONT HESITATE! GO FOR IT!

Solid basswood body transparent satin amber finish strat shaped with Tune-O-Matic bridge, cast/sealed tuners, 24.75" scale length, mahogany C-shaped set neck, rosewood 12" radius fingerboard, 22 jumbo frets, MIK, H/H duncan design pups, 2X vol/2X tone. All hardware seems first rate with cool looking platinum finish.

Sounds good, very gibsonish like an SG. I play blues/rock/jazz and this covers all those styles well. I play through an RP250 in to a mixer for recording or a Nady GTA-1260, Vox Cambridge or Epi Valve Jr. live. sounds are good clean and over driven with good definition. Great sustain, but I would like a little more vintage growl. These are good pups but a little to generic for my taste. I think I'll switch them out with GFS Dream 180s.

This guitar came completely un-set-up. This was not a problem for me but could be for some. After set-up of action, neck and intonation it play fantastically. frets are immaculate. No rough edges. Bridge and nut are cut very well and the controls work smoothly. This is a very comfortable guitar to play and overall feel reminds me of my PRS SE EG guitar. Neck feel like PRS too. Wide and flat and very comfortable. Amber satin finish is nicely done except for a little over stain around where the neck joins the body. Inlays on the fingerboard are attractive pearloid with abalone. The platinum hardware really adds class.

Seems very solid. I will gig with it as soon as I get a case. I never bring a back-up because I'm lazy and I don't have roadies.

This guitar is exactly what I wanted. Basically it's an SG with a stat shaped body. But it looks cool and plays great. at this price point I think it is an incredible deal. To bad Fender/Squier discontinued this line but then you probably wouldn't see this price.
