A fantastic looking PRS copy from Stagg... manufactured somewhere in the Far East it features a solid alder body, a hard maple neck (glued in!) and a rosewood fingerboard. Mine came equipped with a strat style tremolo, but I've heard they're making tune-o-matics now as well. (although in a different design, cause PRS made them stop the production of this particualr design.)
The finish looks great, no the whole guitar looks great. It has 2 humbuckers and no included extras whatsoever...

I thought the sound was OK for the money, but after a lot of playing, listening and comparing, the electronics justify the low price tag...
having said that, you could still get a very accurate Santana sound (with the right amp settings of course) but I still upgraded to Seymour Duncans.
It suits every style I guess. I mostly play pop-rock/blues/jazz/latin stuff but you can easily use it for heavier styles (even with the included pickups).
The acoustic sound is better than you'd expect from a far-Eastern made "cheap" guitar.
I think that this guitar, upgraded with a decent pair of pickups, is absolutely gorgeous and very, very usable.
No wonder PRS forced them to change the design.
I gave it an 8 because with the default pickups it's a 7, but when upgraded most def a 9!!

Looks fab. In fact, I bought the guitar for the looks really... It is indeed a great way to save on $2000 fopr a PRS. The action is nice, it plays very light, kinda reminds me of a genuine PRS. The neck is real smooth. The only flaw I could spot was a rather loose tone control knob, which I had to fix myself.

It's certainly a great gig-guitar. Everything seems in order and not about to let you down. Well, you might want to consider replacing the tuners - they tend to go slightly out of tune a lot easier than other guitar (compared to my Strat).
I'd never use any guitar without a backup, not even a real PRS, so that's not really a criterium..

This guitar looks and sounds great. It has a flamed maple top, mahogany back with a set neck. The neck reminded me of an old tele. It has a 2 humbuckers; the bridge humbucker sounded like a PRS bridge humbucker with a fat sound but the neck humbucker had more of a single coil cleaness to it. It was set up with a volume and tone knob, with a three-way-selector. The features on this guitar were really great.

This guitar is for many different styles. It has that thick/fat sounding bridge humbucker that is perfect for harder music but the neck humbucker had a more translucent sound for a great clean that is hard to get out of humbuckers. When put with a Fender twin reverb this guitar did some soaring solos and then put through a Marshall AVT stack it crunched and rocked.

The guitar did have minor finish flaws like a lose input nut but overall it was an easy touch up.

The guitar is very giggable but I did put strap-locks on it just to feel more comfortable while playing on stage.

This guitar is a great guitar and it is a great way to save $2000 by getting it instead of a Paul Reed Smith.
