Features : 9
Made In czech republic by Furch.
It has 20 frets, a solid top, but laminated Palisander sides and back
In the same shop, I ordered a B-Band A 1 pick up which has no sound control but this is the best pick-up I know.

Sound : 10
I compared it in a shop in Frankfurt which hundreds of steel string guitars to all the big names. For my needs this was really perfect. Coming from classical guitar, I use a pick also but I am so much more skilled with fingers. So this guitar stood out of the pack in that it responded amazingly easy to fingernails like no other guitar I tried. It is perfect for hammer-on and pull off techniques. It has a glorious mid range. all the notes from g (3rd string) to e (12th fret 1st string) sound simply effortlessly beautifull. The bass is also good but not to the same degree like the midrange. Above the 12th fret, the volume becomes a little lesser and is slightly thin. But these differences are not big enough to make this an unbalanced instrument. The guitar is considerably lighter in weight than most other comparable guitars. When strumming chords with a pick it as lots of sparkle but keeps the warm soundcharacter and newer becomes thin or gritty. It has a big dynamic range but the extension of this is clearly towards the soft side. You can pluck notes with virtually no force and still get very delicate sounds. I am a proffesional since many years but chosing a guitar is simply a utterly subjectiv thing to me not done by the mind but by the heart. This guitar simply appealed to me.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
The string set-up was pefect for my needs. Plays rather easy. The craftmansship seems to be realy good , but anyway I dont care much about looks....

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
Cant say much about this. It seems like a very skillfully made instrument but it is new. I dont expect trouble of any kind in the next couple of years.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 10
Ive been playing for 33 Years and I am coming from classical guitar. I have two handmade classical guitar which will be 5 -7 times the price of thes one plus an old 70 th strat and a Ibanez George Benson.
I am super happy with this guitar. I cannot stand cheap quality, so I am very happy that I bought a proffesional instrument without paying few thousand Euros ( which I couldnt afford anyway) There was no evidence for me to buy a Martin or Taylor for 2- 3 times the cost. This guitar plays in the same league. I dont care for brand names or looks but only for sound. And there this guitar really shines.
