Suhr Scott henderson 2007 Model olympic white finish D shaped neck with FL P'nps, Sperzel Tuners.
Fantastic guitar, perfect condition, I've been playing for 25 years and tried any kind of expensive Strat and I have to admit John Suhr make the best guitars out there ( you may like Tom anderson or Tyler also great guitars but it's a matter of taste, the Suhr suits better for me)

this is the end of my long tone Quest, position 2 and for incrediblely beautiful : depending on the way you pick the string you can get anything from SRV to EJ.
Pos 1 great for Hendrix riffs or even jazz solo.
Bass strings are resonating like heaven. Pos 5 ( bridge) may be a little weak ( not hot ) but I've rised the pickup and feel better now

the boutique said "it play like butter", I first though "yeah commercials..." but it's true ! it's playing so easily that you find easy to play some difficult long fats lines you would'nt play fluently on another guitar...

guitar was shipped with a G&L bag, finish and hardware seems reliable
I used it without backup a couple of times, maybe the finish is a little thin and easier to scratch than my Tom anderson but it's a part of the sound this guitar was designed for. this is why a don't give a 10 here.

Scott Henderson 2000 model. Nice gold finish on Alder wood--strat styling w/H-S-H pickup config. 5-way selector with push/pull on tone to tap neck coil. Maple neck with Indian Rosewood board. String-thru body bridge with push in arm. Sperzel locking tuners; heavy frets on D-Shape neck. JST Buckers at neck and bridge; V60 LP in middle.

Very nice sound; good tone throughout, especially at the 2 and 4 selector position. Sensitive tone control; nice roll off on the volume. Bright when needed, but capable of jazzy, blanketed tones. Captures the strat tones quite well, and the buckers allow for considerable crunch. Bridge PU not as hot as I'd prefer, but useable. I'd prefer the coil tap to work with both buckers, but can live without it.

Bought used on eBay and it was setup with 9s. Rehearsed once with the band on the 9s and replaced asap with Elixir 10s. Had to adjust the bridge for the heavier gauge, but it's fine now. Good action set to play with heavy pick and clear tone, versus low action shred or speed.

Appears to be durable. I don't have to baby it because it has the nicks and scars of a played, 6year old instrument. Finish looks good. I always carry 2 guitars to a gig, but if the stage left no room to stand the 2nd, or if I had only the Suhr, I wouldn't worry about it.

Playing for 30 years; owned numerous guitars and amps. I play either a Strat, a PRS, or this Suhr through either a Marshall TSL 2000/2-12 half stack, or a Peavy Classic 30, depending on the gig. From the guitar, I run to a Boss tuner pedal->ProCo Rat->Fulltone Fulldrive II->Boss Reverb->Boss Chorus->Boss Delay->Amp. When using the Marhall the rev/cho/del pedals run through the loop. The Suhr sounds great, although I have to push the bridge PU more than my other guitars. The clean tones are awesome. It compares dominantly to my strat, but it's a different animal all together than the PRS. I was in the market for a high-end strat style guitar. It was either an Anderson or a Suhr, although I looked at Grosh and Tyler as well. If lost or stolen, I'd shop for something similar.

Just purchased a 2004 Suhr Scott Henderson Model. Alder body, Maple Neck (D shaped), and an Indian Rosewood fingerboard. It is the single coil model with 3 Suhr V-60 low peak p/u's. The bridge pickup is not hot. The body color is Olympic white with a matching headstock and a tortoise pickguard, and the neck is a natural satin finish. The frets are the 6100's. It has a Gotoh 1088 bridge with a steel block and Sperzel locking tuners. Comes with a nice G&G case. In summation it has all the features that you need for a classic sound with modern improvements.

I play mostly blues and fusion (no suprises considering the choice of guitar). I own a VHT Pittbull 45 2x10 combo and an SLO-100. It sounds great through both amps. As far as the chracter of the sound, the clarity is amazing especially on the low notes. I can produce everything from vintage to modern strat tones. The V-60's are on the noisy side but not unbearable.

This guitar was setup perfectly at the factory and arrived in tune and ready action.

I've only had it for about 2 weeks, but it seems like it would hold up under the toughest of conditions.

I have been playing for 16 years, and I have owned several nice guitars. This is the best of the bunch. If it was lost or stolen, I would cry first and replace it later.

My music styles are jazz, fusion, funck, blues, latin; I use this guitar with a Fender Twin Reverb reissue and many pedals as Cry-Baby wha, Proco Rat, Boss OD2, Boss DD-5. The sound is very thin, my other guitar are old Fender Strats that I continue to prefer. For a little more full sound, I must lower at 4 or 5 the tone pots, but i don't have a very rich sound.
It sound good, but not as good as a 3100? guitar.

From the factory the guitar isn't set-up well. There are buzzes all over the frets. With the volune pot from 0 to 2 there is any sound.
The bar of the bridge isn't very comfortable to use, it's far from the plain of the body. The finish is very good.
