Mid 70's, Kiso-Suzuki Violin Co. Japan, Frets: 14/21
Solid spruce top, appears to be mahogany sides/back.
Body size a bit larger than a parlour Head labelled :"K. Suzuki Co." "Folk"
'Zero' fret, Ebony bridge, very simple early-Martin's look.
Purchased in 'NOS' in a small musicstore/pawn shop in 1976.
Sound
:

Folk size limits bass somewhat, but there is a very rich, mellow sound, maybe due to the 40 yr. old soundboard.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Never been setup, action maybe could be lower...
Some light scratching on back from belt buckles, but still looks fine.

I've had this guitar since new and have shipped it across country and have moved 16 times over the years from Ontario to the Arctic to the West Coast and never paid as much attention to humidity and temperature as I should have (hey, I was young...) and it is still in awesome condition for ti's age.

This was my first and only guitar for 20 years. Now own another acoustic (Epiphone cutaway - which doesn't sound near as good at all) and a semi-hollow electric.
