Have been playing this for 2 years. good for fun at home. My other guitar is a maton M225 with an overall rating of 10. Pity about the bowing body as it has a nice folk sound

Same as the previous review just to add that I'm relatively sure that it's a solid top, laminate back and sides. Nothin' fancy.

This is where I wanted to add to the previous review. though I've had this guitar for over 20 years, from day one the top has been bowed up by the string pressure pulling up the bridge. I don't know if it's just this particular guitar, but it's a definite design flaw with the bracing. If I'd have known then what I know about guitars now, I'd have not bought the instrument.

Even with the bowing top, this guitar has lasted me for 22 years and it was used when I bought it. I've used it as a second guitar playing live until I got my Charvel set up the way I like it and it has not let me down. I'm going to be very upset the day that bridge finally lets loose.

Love the sound and am dreading the day the guitar finally bites the dust, which is inevitable with the flaw in the top.

Its playability is proven. 25 yrs is reliability. No a stage instrument, but excellent for livingroom settings, the beach and camping.

I have been playing for 8yrs. I own four acoustic guitars. a LA8 from yamaha, a Dreadnought six string from K.Yara and a F47RCE from Guild.
Though i paid a small price for this Suzuki guitar, it's loss would be great. It has been through alot with me and still plays and sounds good. My son loves to play it. The seller would like to buy it back.
