Features : 9
VERY WELL MADE GUITAR....CAME WITH A SIMPLE PLASTIC BAG AND NO EXTRAS.

Sound : 7
NICE RICH SOUND.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 5
FIT AND FINISH IS EXCELLENT...FOR THE PRICE IT IS FAIRLY WELL MADE.
ACTION IS GOOD BUT THE HIGH "E" STRING TENDS TO BUZZ ON THE HIGHER FRETS AND THE LOW "E" ALSO HAS SOME BUZZ IN SPOTS...MAY BE THE STRINGS NEED TO BE REPLACED...OR A SLIGHT ADJ NEEDED...THAT IS THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT.

Reliability/Durability : 8
SEEMS TO BE BUILT WELL AND SHOULD LAST.

Customer Support : No Opinion
ITEM IS STILL NEW AND HAVE NOT USED THIS FEATURE. MAY PLAN TO DUE TO SLIGHT BUZZING ON SOME STRINGS/FRETS.

Overall Rating : 7
PURCHASED NEW....NOT PLAYING VERY LONG...BUT VERY PLEASED WITH GUITAR OVERALL.

I think this guitar was made in China or Japan. It claims to be "designed" in Japan. Probably this or last year. 21 Fret dreanought and a solid spruce top with mohagany neck and sides. No name tuners, but they work. Really cool looking abalone binding around the body and sound hole. Never seen such a good looking guitar for $200. Came with a really cheap vinyl Suzuki bag(basically a dust cover).

Sound : 9
I play blues and rock...like jazzy sounding runs and chords. No pickups in this model and don't really care to amplify. The sound is pretty clear with a round booty. Very articulate. Tried it in the store with dead strings and was comparing it to another guitar. The dude in the store threw some new stings on it...took two chords to finalize the sale. The other guitar had a slightly lower action, but this one rang out very nicely. Rated it a 9 only because those $2,000 guitars must sound better, right?

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
The action is a little higher than I'm used to(low at the nut), but this is my first acoustic. The neck is pretty smooth feeling, no rough fret edges. The binding is pretty good, but there are a few imperfections. $200 bucks! The frets were a little grimy but I cleaned them up and oiled the board. No buzzing at all. Tight and right! Again I rated an 8 because there is a lot more that can be spent on a guitar...I can't assume that this is the most perfect action. Although it's pretty damn good!

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
I'm about as amateur as they get, so I doubt there will be any live playing. I think it will be ok as long I don't step on it. I think it sounds good enough to play live.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Hopefully I wont need any support, but I don't see it being easy to get in touch with Suzuki. The local music store I bought it at is pretty cool. We will see.

Overall Rating : 8
I've been playing for a few years. I'm not that good, but I'm at a point that I know what sounds and feels good. If it were stolen(cuz sooo many people are envious of my Suzuki) I'd buy another. Think it sounds good, looks good, plays nicely. I'd say it sounds like the upper end Alvarez or middle end Gibsons(not quite as much booty).
