Features : No Opinion
No crappy modular electronics mounted here. Switch has this set up like a solid body. Bridge coil tap. Two master volumes/tones. Stereo output jacks. It's even bridge grounded. All the wiring is shields and well installed. Clean soldering leads and clear paths. Very unusual these days. Vibracel material is very interesting. It feels like a wood product. Not sure if I'm 100% a fan of this but it's growing on me. 22 frets. Feels like high-ratio Grovers. Well-crafted overall. I believe this is a 2002.

Warm, deep wood tones. Lots of sustain for an electric/acoustic model. Stereo output is pretty sweet. Mids and highs are pristine. I'm playing through a HK Tri-Amp. I know these weren't big seller and are now considered collectible.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Purchased with crappy strings. Some Gibson Bright Wires (11's) made all the difference. Humbucker pickup actually sounds pretty good. I may drop a Duncan Pearly Gates but I'm digging the stock pickup.

This is that crazy VIBRACEL Technology. It emulates several types of hardwoods. I won't score for set-up cause I like them set up for me... not the general public. I did drop the bridge a bit and all is well. My only complaint is the plastic nut on the headstock. It works but looks quite cheap. I will replace.

Reliability/Durability : 9
It's heavy! Not for the old, ill or injured player. Weighs as much as my Les Pauls. Feels durable. Will gig, beat and abuse it weekly.

Customer Support : 9
I've talked to Frank at Switch and everyone there is wonderful.

Overall Rating : 10
I no longer list my gear here because it really doesn't matter what I play or who I am. This is about the guitar I'm reviewing and has nothing to do with my own personal gear.
