Features : 8
Original body shape (top horn angled/squared off)
Composite body/neck from one mold with chambers in the body (Vibracell material)
Grover tuners
'Hot Rod' HHpups
Tone/Volume/3-way pup switch
Stop tail bridge

Sound : 8
Neck pup is very deep and rich. Bridge pup is sharp and cutting, but almost too bright. However, I can adjust with amp tone. Extreme contrast between the two pup positions. I primarily stay on the bridge, as the neck is too muddy for distortion. however, when playing clean bluesy sounds, the neck is awesome...just not my style. You get a real sense of the chambering/vibracell if you tap on the headstock. You can literally hear it in the body of the guitar..ergo this thing resonates like crazy. Considering upgrading pups in the future to see what this thing can do with high-end electronics.

Neck is thick but fast. The below review is spot on with hand sweat. I think it actually helps me play faster when I 'lube' up the neck with some clammy palm action :)

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
As is pretty standard with a factory built guitar, the setup was crap when delivered. Had to REAALLLY tweak the truss, set intonation and adjust bridge. Had to cut the spring in half from the bridge saddle (Low E) to get a longer gauge for correct intonation.

I purchased on scratch and dent from Musicians Friend with the oxblood color, but they sent me a factory sealed, brand new, black one...no complaints :)

Reliability/Durability : 7
Guitar is a little tempermental with temperature and tuning. I've had to play some 'semi-outdoor' venues over this winter and you really have to warm up the neck before you start. Otherwise the tuning goes out by the end of the song. However, once you've got it up to temp, it can withstand a lot of string bends without losing tuning. I wouldn't go below an 11 guage set of strings, though.

Everything else seems solid. I haven't gone to strap locks, as the strap buttons are huge and I'm not cool enough to pull off the Steve Vai 'around the body' swing move!

Really happy with the buy. This guitar's strongest point is the resonation/sustain. I'm really impressed with the vibracell concept. Sounds like a much more expensive tone-wood than you would be able to get for the price. I'm considering a higher end Switch just to see what the manufacurer can do with high-end componants. If stolen, I'd definatly get another.

Stealth Black (satin), ebonite fingerboard, vibracell body, stoked with 2 "Red Hot" humbuckers, black string through body fixed bridge, black Grover tuners. Bought it used off ebay, stinking cheap

Sound : 9
Suits my style fine, heavy distortion, some nu-metal leanings. I use a POD X3LIVE, it sings well with that. Not noisy at all, but is a bit bright, the bottom end a tad mushy

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Hard to say, since I bought it used. The setup was piss poor, but after a little time playing with the truss rod, and saddle heights, it got just real nice. Set the intonation, adjusted the pups, and away I went. All the hardware works just like it is supposed to

Reliability/Durability : 9
Given that this thing is some sort of resin, I would imagine it will outlast my grandchildren. Given decent hardware on it, I can't imagine any problems at all. The resin WILL scratch and chip, but no worse than wood, but the finish seems pretty damned hardy. I immediately changed the oversized strap buttons to Schaller strap locks, the only strap hardware I use. Feels dependable, but anybody who gigs without a backup is asking for trouble.

No idea, but the thing is used, I expect nothing

Overall Rating : 9
I have been playing over 20 years, have a PRS, numerous Carvins, several Fenders, a Gibson, and some damn nice custom instruments. Bought this on a whim, and this is the best $99 guitar I have *EVER* bought. I would replace it quickly, if it ever got stolen. Hell, just buy one to leave in the living room at this price. If the dog pees on it, hose it off and play it. It is a fun guitar, cheap, rock solid, sounds pretty good, and overall I would buy another. (I have) Hell, I will probably pick up a couple to hand out as gifts!

Features : 7
Solid body
3 position pickup selector
2 humbuckers - Switch Red Hots
1 volume control
1 tone control
Mine is the Oxblood (satin) finish - looks almost black.
This finish makes the neck some fast action. Hand sweat does not slow you down like on most guitars with the lacquer finish.

Sound : 8
Not bad at all for a $200 axe.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Out of the box the action was very high and the neck needed a little adjustment but other than that -- perfect. Also strings were not that great. I changed them to Gibson Pure Nickel Reissues.

Reliability/Durability : 9
I've had it for about 3 months now and no problems.
It's light but solid.
Hardware is good.
Finish is perfect.

No need for it.

This guitar is definitely worth the money. It's amazing how many good inexpensive guitars there are on the market today. I also own a $200 Agile AL2000 (a Les Paul copy) and I was just as impressed with that guitar. Compared to the last 3 Gibson Les Paul Standards I had I don't see much of a difference when you consider the difference in money.
Another thing note for those of you who are purchasing your gear for the first time -- invest at least 2 to 3 times as much money on your amp than on your guitar. Once you get a great amp (with good speakers) even the inexpensive guitars will sound good but if you have a cheap amp then nothing is going to sound good with it.

Has vibracell one piece neck body design, ebonite finger board, two humbuckers 1 volume 1 tone control and three way pickup selector, 22 frets.

Sound : 10
vibracell really sounds nice, I would describe it as a nice warm resonant sound you would expect from a good quality tone wood, (this one kind of reminds me of a high grade of swamp ash), combined with the transient attack and responsiveness that sort of reminds me of the old original stienberger graphite guitars with 0 dead spots, overall I am very impressed with the tone of this instrument.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
I have never purchased a guitar, online site unseen with a test drive but for the price I figured what have I got to loose. Well it arrived in a flimsy cardboard box, I took it out, and the strings were so high, the action was terrible. so I got to work, spent a couple of hours adjusting the truss rod (staightened out the neck)adjusted the string hts, tweaked intonation, and replaced original strings with good Di addarios, and tried again......Wow...I mean WOW!this is one of the fastest necks I have ever played period.I have a fairly large collection of guitars,Fender, Ibanez, O'Hagan, Yamaha, Gibson, Ovation and this one blows them away,Fit and finish are excellent, if you know how to set it up right, action is very fast, a real shred demon.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Did some research prior to purchase on polyurethane resin materials, should hold up quite well, for a very long time, even the airport baggage handler can't break this one.....THATS TOUGH.

Haven't had to contact them.

Overall Rating : 10
after only paying $150 I feel like this could very well be the best musical instrument purchase to date, I am tempted to buy 1 or 2 more at these prices its a steal.
