Pro rata with it's cost, you get more than enough features, quality and workmanship. Here you get what you pay for. It's very good but it's not very cheap

Sound : 10
The sound is excellent, with the electronics giving you ample parameters to achieve an array of tonal range.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
Faultless! Then again, whilst I didn't want to buy a pig, I didn't buy it just for it's looks. Same as for your woman, some appear to be perfect but give you long term pain. Then there is the special one that you get accustomed to and you gradually realise it's the one to keep. I have lots of guitars but only one Mrs for the past 31 years, but hopefully you will get the gist of what I am saying. This is a guitar to buy, perseve with the extra effort a 12 string needs and keep it. I think it is well worth the trouble!

Reliability/Durability : 10
If you use it as a hammer or throw it about, it will probably break.
Otherwise, I'll let you know in 30 years if it falls apart before I do. Currently, it's perfect and sleeps in it's Taylor case.

Customer Support : No Opinion
A good company doesn't usually hire bad QA people. I doubt it would be out on the streets if it hadn't been tight first out. I don't expect I will need them. If I do, I am sure they will look after my problem properly.

Overall Rating : 10
Been playing off and on for over 40 years!
If you like 12 strings, this is excellent quality and worth the extra. I'm glad I bought it, but it took me a few weeks to acclimatise to it. My other guitars are decent acoustics and electrics and were easier on my fingers. Give it a bit of time and it's well worth having one.

Brand new, 2001. American. Fishman Prefix Plus pick-up system. Imbuia backs and sides. 25.5" scale

Sound : 10
Very bright and punchy sound. The electronics sound great. Very full sound. I'm normally a Martin or Collings guy. But, I asked for the best 12 string in the store and was handed this one. And they were right. It sounds unbelievable.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
This is a 1st class instrument. No blemishes. Plays perfectly.

Reliability/Durability : 10
Only had it one day. But, it appears to be built very well.

Customer Support : 10
Only had it one day. Haven't dealt with them

Overall Rating : 10
I'm totally in awe of this instrument. They had the standard models of this guitar and they couldn't even compare
