Finger/style guitar in my view, but it can be strummed a well.Clear and balanced up the neck, piano like with clear highs and not overly bassy. Excellent string definition and clarity. As good as many instruments that cost substanially more! Ringing and bell like great in open tunings.

Fit and finish are superb! My only complaint is that the sides don't match the the back pieces as well as I think Ted could have done. Inside the guitar The Bill Collings of Canada. Clean workmanship barr none. Lets not forget mine has a bone nut and saddle on the deluxe,it may not be standard, but you can request the upgrade.

I love the sound and tone. I want another in Brazilian/ Adarondack.
If your a basher and banger it's not the guitar for you.Other than that I highly support this maker from Canada. Let's not forget the price its equal in my mind to America's $2700.00 plus guitars!! Check your foriegn exchange rates at your local bank and you will understand why.
