Ok's it's the Les Paul Custom copy so specs go 1-in-1 with it pretty much. It's made in Japan (of course), has Gotoh hardware and mine had mics replaced immediately to EMG ZW-set (81&85). It has wine red see-thru finish which looks fine but top wood is pretty ugly.. so it looks almost like there goes black stripes vertically... not cool. Luckily it doesn't show in normal light.
Sound

With EMG's installed it suits IMHO only rock music. EMG's sound pretty sterile and that's why I think they don't suit well to music like blues etc. Yes, I know there's few blues artists who play with EMG's but I think they sound ugly :-) I won't give any grade here because I haven't played with original pups ever so I don't know what they sounded like. With EMG's I'd give my Tokai 9.
Action, Fit, & Finish

Actually the factory set action was worst I have ever seen. It was so low strings were resonating to frets all over the neck. Anyways resetting your guitars action is the easiest thing you can do to improve your guitar. After rising strings a little and correcting intonation it was good to go.
