Sound : 10
I play blues and Rock, and it sounds my friend it really sound. I play it with a Marshall AVT 50 setted like a JCM 800 for a vintage sound.
This guitar sounds really sweet, it has real Les Paul tone, i mean it has "honk" and if you set the guitar tone to 5... more "honk" ... yes it is true.
Sustainnnnnnnnnnnn never ends i cannot believe it. I have play Gibson les paul, SG, Strat, Tele, but no one can achieve the sustain of this LS 125. SEB body really works, it provide more sustain and Honk to Les Paul, and more definition in solos (More clean)

If you are a purist of Les Paul you would find the differences with the standard body, if not you would belive that this is just another Gibson Les Paul Standard.

As all you know tokai is cheaper than Gibson, but forget the money, look for sound only, and i can tell you that this guitar sounds, and it has this own sound, really vintage Les Paul sound, Could Gibson garranty that their guitars sound like they would sound?
I have friends that can tell you their bad experiences with latest Les Paul. (However i am sure they are new fantastic Gibson Les Paul, but by the price all would be, and the reality is different.

If you want a Les Paul, Tokai from LS-75 to high levels could be your best option (including Gibson)

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
It could be better, i have to re set up the neck soul, the string high and the pick ups high, but i think it is normal in a new guitar.

About the rest of finish, all perfect!!

Reliability/Durability : No Opinion
It seems really strong, so now is new... but i think it will be my guitar for all life.

Customer Support : No Opinion
I dindn't have any problem with the guitar, but if i would have i think it would be really difficult get a solution from the European Dealer, i am in Spain an he is in UK.

Overall Rating : 10
I have been playing for 12 years, i have played, Japanish fender strat, chinese guitars, Gibson SG, Les Paul, Washburn, etc etc etc....
I have found my guitar, this is a Les Paul, but it is a little bit different, it has my own sound, has all the sustain and honk i want, it is really easy to play (all easy a les paul can be), it is a dream come true.
So if it was stolen ... i will order one to Tokai from the custom shop if its necesary.

If you can try one, do it.
If you like Les Paul and you cannot pay a Gibson, from LS 75 are like Gib... standards. from 150 to high styles are like Giggo Custom shop, you can buy a Tokai.
