Quilted Flame maple Laminate with set neck. All Mahogany (except the laminate), cherry stained neck and back. All gold hardware. Pickups? Two humbuckers I know that much.

Sound : 9
I picked this little guy up in a pawn shop for $200. It looked pretty and it played nicely. So I figured, hey, if anything else, I have a really pretty guitar to hang on my wall. So I brought it home and plugged it into my Mesa Nomad and DAMN! I didn't let go of that guitar for three straight hours. It was like... like I just bought a new LP standard. I couldn't believe my luck. I finally put it down and checked it out on the internet. Apparently these guitars are going for $500 brand new. I would recommend... even if you don't play guitar, pick one up anyway because it WILL be a collectors item.
Oh yeah, it sounds great too. I personally like the Seymour Duncun SH1 and SH2 so dropped them in instead of the stock pickups. I just don't play my LP studio anymore. Ok, maybe once in a while.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Top notch. Low action, slight fret buzz on the 10th when I first bought it. I took it to a luthier and now it has the same action as my Paul and with NO fret buzz. No flaws in this guitar as far as I can tell.

Reliability/Durability : 9
At higher volumes the sound can get a little tinny but not enough to deter me. It has been my backup ever since I bought it three years ago. It's solid, a little heavy but not quite as heavy as my Paul. I feel I could depend on this guitar.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Didn't know there was any, haven't need it.

To restate what I said earlier "I didn't let go of that guitar for three straight hours. It was like... like I just bought a new LP standard. I couldn't believe my luck. I finally put it down and checked it out on the internet. Apparently these guitars are going for $500 brand new. this is a Les Paul DC lookalike and I will even say play alike, heck I believe it plays faster and feels smoother than my $1600. Gibson les paul DC that I used to own. I am not a fan of The gold hardware. So I changed it to chrome. using carvin tuners the holes line up perfectly with no mods and Epiphone tailpiece and abr style bridgewhich fit perfectly. Mahogany body ,real 5/8ths thick maple top, not a photo job.

Sound : 9
The factory pups are hot and sound good. some pups are wound to the point where they sound shrill and bitey or edgy but not these. However I still changed them out because they were gold and I am a fan of good old seymour 59's. thats what I put in it.(zebra)

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
set up was great fit and finish was excellent as good as well. Frankly I dont see what keeps these guitars priced so low. may be because people just dont know about them yet. I have owned Gibson, PRS, Musicman etc. and this plays, feels and looks every bit as good. It is made in korea and is a better guitar than epiphone.

Reliability/Durability : 10
will stand live playing and last for years, great value for the money

TRADITION MTQ-MADE IN KOREA-2003
BEAUTIFUL CARVED QUILTED MAPLE TOP WITH MAHOGANY BODY AND NECK-FANTASTIC AMBER AND LACQUER FINSH AND GOLD PLATED HARDWARE.
THREE POSITION PICKUP SWITCH WITH TWO HUMBUCKERS WITH ONE TONE AND ONE VOLUME CONTROL .
TUNE O MATIC STYLE TAILPIECE-22 FRETS.

Sound : 10
I PLAY IN A THREE PIECE ROCK AND BLUES BAND AND THIS GUITAR IS BRILLIANT FOR ALL SONGS WE PLAY.
I USE A FENDER HOT ROD DELUXE AMP WHICH HAS A CELESTION 100 WATT SPEAKER FITTED, THE AMP SUITS THIS GUITAR.
THE SOUND IS GREAT WITH LOTS OF SUSTAIN AND BITE ALSO PLENTY OF SUBTLETY.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 10
THE ACTION IS LIKE NO OTHER I HAVE TRIED, I ALSO OWN A USA FENDER STRAT DELUXE 2004 AND A GIBSON LES PAUL STUDIO 2005 AND THIS GUITARS ACTION IS MUCH LIGHTER THAN BOTH OF THEM, THERE IS NO FRET BUZZ AT ALL WHICH IS REMARKABLE CONSIDERING THE LOW ACTION.
THE QUILT TOP IS FANTASTIC WITH A VERY GOOD 3D QUALITY.
THE LACQUER QUALITY IS TOP CLASS AS IS THE FIT AND FINISH OF ALL COMPONENTS. ONE AREA I DO NOT LIKE IS THE USE OF DIFFERENT BLOCKS OF MAHOGANY IN THE CONSTRUCTION ie BODY ( THREE PIECES) AND NECK (TWO PIECES)
BUT I GUESS COST CUTS HAVE TO BE MADE IN ORDER TO GET SUCH A HIGH QUALITY QUILT TOP AND PLAYABILITY.
THE GLUE-IN NECK JOINT IS PERFECTION.

Reliability/Durability : 10
I DO GIG WITH THIS GUITAR AND FIND IT PLAYS WONDERFULLY IN CONJUNCTION WITH MY OTHER GUITARS.
I THINK THAT THE ONLY FINISH THAT MAY TARNISH IS THE GOLD PLATE ON HARDWARE, EVERYTHING ELSE IS MADE TO LAST.

Customer Support : No Opinion
NO COMMENT.

Overall Rating : 10
I HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR 25 YEARS.
FOR THE MONEY THIS GUITAR KNOCKS SPOTS OFF ANY OTHER I HAVE OWNED OR PLAYED AND THAT IS A LOT OF GUITARS. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY ANOTHER ONE.
I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE I LOVE QUILTED MAPLE TOPS AND HAD ?500 TO SPARE.

OTHER GEAR OWNED.

USA FENDER STRATOCASTER DELUXE 2004
GIBSON LES PAUL STUDIO 2005
YAMAHA PACIFICA MS 311
YAMAHA APX 5A
FENDER HOT ROD DELUXE
LANEY VC 30

AS I MENTIONED THIS GUITAR REPRESENTS UNBELIEVABLE VALUE FOR MONEY WITH GREAT BUILD AND FINISH QUALITY COUPLED WITH TOP CLASS PLAYABILITY - ENOUGH SAID.

Les Paul DC style and scale, quilt maple bookmatch top, mahogany back & neck, rosewood 22 frets in Tobacco Burst with cream binding on top. Made in Korea in 2004. Two humbuckers with separate volume & tone and 3-way selector switch. They make their own pickups and they are HOT. Stop tail and TOM bridge, sealed tuners. All hardware gold plated. Neck feels like a LP slim taper and is very comfortable. No case or goodies.

Sound : 8
Has that LP crunch and sounds somewhat dark. Limited tones until I rewired the pickups with 4 conductor wire and switched out the tone pots for push/pull 500K in a series/parallel config. Now I get much more variety without noise. Sounds brighter in parallel. Overall, very rich and LP like. Nice and quiet through my Cyber-Twin. Also sounds great through a Jones tube amp. I play blues based Rock mostly & some alternative and metal and occaisonally some jazz. It fits well with most of what I play that works with LP tones. I'll keep my Strats for those tones! I give it an 8 until my mods which take it to 10.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 9
Action was very good from the getgo but was set up by the dealer. Finish is near excellent, only a minor polishing burn in the binding on one horn. Top bookmatch is excellent. Fretwork is amazing at this price. Better than many more expensive guitars and as good as premium quality guitars. Rivals high end Gibson and Jacksons I own.

Reliability/Durability : 8
I changed out the hardware as it was a bit cheap. I added TonePros bridge & tailpiece and some locking Schallers for tuning stability. I also added a Earvana nut and Dunlop straploks. After all that, I still have a gig-able axe at a very affordable price. The finish seems very durable. It is an EXCELLENT intro guitar that can be made into a professional instrument without breaking the bank. From the factory, I give it a 8, but after my mods, I give it a 10. Gigging without a backup is dumb. Why jam with Murphy? Anything can happen! I don't care what guitar you have! Even a PRS can break!

Customer Support : No Opinion
No experience here as no help has been needed.

Overall Rating : 8
I've been playing of and on for almost 40 years. Mostly for my own enjoyment, but I have gigged. I have numerous other guitars, Strats, LPs, SGs, Jackson Soloist and Dinky types. If it were stolen, I'd get another. I chose this guitar because it reminds me of my LP junior but more beautiful! The build quality is as good as much more expensive guitars. Granted the hardware isn't as good, but can easily be replaced as the parts are standard. I didn't have to modify the guitar body or peghead to upgrade it.
