stupid valencia sticker in the sound hole looks tacky, also the sticker on the bridge with the floral motif was crooked and looks as if it will fall off

Been playing for 6 years... got this to branch out of electric playing and I'm really enjoying it. I'd replace it if it were stolen, but not necessarily with another Valencia. The tone of the higher notes is wonderful... I just wish some of the fittings on it weren't so cheap, but then it's a cheap guitar

Made: I don't know
Valencia (never heard of them before) CG-170 Classical guitar. Standard classical with nylon treble and nickel bass. I'm guessing rosewood fretboard... adequate tuners... fixed bridge saddle... feels like cheap wood... no name strings... solid natural finish with a fancy rosette.
It has the bear minimum for a classical.

I play rock, some jazz, some metal, and classical stuff. I bought this guitar so I can work on softer music. This guitar has an adequate sound. It's a bit twangy and weak, but that's expected from a classical. I've played with a Yamaha classical and this one doesn't compare in terms of volume and sustain. sound is good and clean, but I think it could use better strings.

Workmanship was shoddy in some parts. The fretboard looks like it was glued into place since I can see some brown stuff on the bottom of it. It smalled just like glue when I took it out of the box. There were also some gooey stuff inside the soundbox.
Frets were relatively uniform. There was some scuffing on the surface of the top. Bridge saddle was pretty high, so I'm definitely looking forward to shaving it off to lower the action.
Minor flaws only. nevertheless, the guitar was ready to be played out of the box.

I've beaten this thing up already and used it in a birthday gig. I've only had it for a couple of weeks, but so far, so good.

I'm a 3 month player. My first guitar was a no name acoustic. I didn't really like it because it was uncomfortable to play. I picked up an Ibanez along the way and liked it. however, I rarely play it since the folks find it harsh to the ear.
This guitar is my first classical and so far I like it. It has good sound, good performance, easy to play, and well worth its value. It won't stand up to a Martin or a Rodriguez, but it will suffice for now. A great beginner's guitar.
