It sounds quite good for the price paid.. The electronics are not shielded well so there's quite a bit of humm.. It has 500k potmeters so the sound is relatively bright..

The set up was really poor.. Once I got it set up right it felt quite good but it has really annoying frett buzz, even with ernie ball fat bottom strings, it already had a fret job but not much improvement there.. It currently has a set daddiaro 10's and I'm just playing it untill I get a fender strat..

It's OK except for the strap buttons, 1 is already loose..

It cost me ???250 when I bought it new (the guy claiming it was 1300 bucks has it wrong), the fret buzz is the worst thing.. And I'm not digging the floyd rose, but thats a matter of preference..

I have a crapload of old pedals, a complete outboard FOH effects rack and a computer set up featuring a lot of apps and plugs notably Native Instruments Guitar Rig 2. So I can make this guitar sound like anything I want. My only grievance is the bridge pickup has an annoying buzz.

It plays a little tight. I have a 1968 Gibson SG which is my favorite axe and its feel is like theres nothing in your way. The 718dt-1 has a wider neck than the SG and I find it more comfortable for rhythm and power chords than for solo's. Theres a slight fret buss on the A and D near the 14 fret. It has mini pot controls which are cheap and get some static, I will be replacing them. The finish is nice.

The guitar never leaves my studio so I have no clue how rugged it really is but it appears to be quite nice.

Plays like a $1000+ guitar but I'd value it about $600. If it was bought for less than $600 it would be a good deal. This guitar seems rare, there's no information about it anywhere I've looked except here.

the neckis a curved fretboard which is great for bar chords and for vertical (up or down) movement along scales ,but requires a special capo , and i cant get to get the bottle neck technique great on it.24 frets, i like it very useful.....

I dont know what year this guitar was made, i think it was made in korea but i am not sure. Its a custom shop guitar. I love this thing man. its one of if not the best guitar i own. it has 24 frets a real fast neck. its got 1 volume and 2 tone. its three independent switches that controls each pickup instead of a 3 or five way sollector. it came with the kirk hammit set up the KH2 hummbucker and two KH1 single coils. its sound is amazing. i love it. it has a transparent blue or green mines faded a lot but its a good color. its the strat style body with an original floyd rose locking set up. i really love this guitar a lot. i got it used for 200 and then found out it was worth 1300.

This guitar was made in 1992.Korea i think. It has 24 frets. When i was looking at it in the guitar shop i found out it was a Custom shop Guitar. It has 1 Volume,2 Tone Controls. It is loaded with the Kirk Hammet Sig.KH-20 EMG Config.(S/S/H)(Consists of 1 EMG-81 Humbucker (bridge),and 2 EMG-S single coils(middle/neck).The pickups are also active. It is loaded with 3 Mini-Toggles,1 for each pickup.I like the toggles alot better than 3 or 5-way selectors. It has a Floyd-Rose trem. with locking nut.The guy who wanted it originaly put a nice deposit on it ,ordered it and then backed out.the original price was $1299.Everybody i talk to says they would not of paid that much, until they play it.Then it's a different story.I have been told by so many of my freinds that if i ever want to sell it,they would buy it.Everybody wants dibs it seems.KEEP DREAMING GUYS!

It sounds F*CKING AMAZING.Sorry about the language, but that is the only way to describe it.I am running out of the guitar into a Boss GT-3 Multi-Effects Processer(floor style). It has 32 onboard effects,(basically everything Boss has ever made)and you need a university degree to run it.But it sounds AMAZING!Out of that it runs in through a Peavey Special 212 Amp(200 watts with Transtube Emulation),and out of that into a Marshall 212 Cab.The amp is loaded with 2 Sheffeild 1230 12-inch speakers, and the cab.has two 12-inch Celestions,GL-70s I think?Amazing clean sound,Amazing Distortion sound.Just AMAZING PERIOD.Can't say i have any dislikes.

The action was perfect. It almost felt like a LES PAUL.The action was nice and low with no buzz at all, like a fretless wonder.Right from headstock to bridge,it was pretty much perfect.

This Guitar can withstand just about anything. It is 9 years old and everything is still emaculate.Everything on it is solid and it is very dependable.I would never use any guitar at a gig without a backup.I don't care what kind of axe it is.But i can say that it has played in many gigs, begining to end without any flaws, with no need for the backup axe(thats always there).

The warranty came from the shop i bought it from, not the company it was made by.The warranty from the shop is 15 years on all guitars sold there, which is pretty cool.(Thanks Pat)
