My Veleno Traveller was originally owned by Lynard Skynard who sold it to Pete Haycock who sold it to me. It is featured inside the cover of Climax Blues Bands album Gold Plated. Pete is seen posing with it near a highway bridge. It was build around the mid seventies and is all original including leatherette carry bag. A dual tone toggle switch was later added by Pete in the eighties. Incredible to play. Serial number scratched on the reverse is No. 4.

Sound is superb. One harmoney pickup with loads of tone. Put through a Vox AC30 and Amtech Age-one echo with tube expabder and POD processor.
Action, Fit, & Finish

As you would imagine, the action is like greased lightning! The finish of the head and neck are anodised grey. The body is chrome finish. Sparkling!
Reliability/Durability

This guitar has been played a lot already. It has weathered well and continues to be durable. Will last at least another 25 years. No wear whatsoever on the neck which has 24 frets.

When John Veleno built these guitars he must have modelled the lifespan on the pyramids!!

Been playing forty years. Started with a Fender Strat. 62. Still got it. Love the Veleno as it is so unique, but plays exceptionally well. If it were stolen or lost it could only be replaced by itself!! A thing so rare as this would be difficult to hide.
