Bought used, don't know age. Korean made strat body shape with white laminate finish and 22 frets. S/S/H w/ 1 volume, 1 tone and 5 way. Floyd Rose bridge/whammy bar, strings lock at nut.

Sound : 8
I play blues and rock mostly. For the price paid, very warm, rich and bright sound when on the humbucker. Sounds good in all positions but the warmth really comes through on the humbucker which is great when I play the blues. Could have (in my humble opinion) a little more definition when on the neck pickup for lead rock playing. Sounds great on reverb, very full and meaty(couldn't think of a better term).

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
Again, bought used. When I bought it five years ago I was just learning and didn't know much about setup. I was going to sell it awhile ago because I wasn't happy with the sound, then I discovered this little thing called maintenance. I adjusted the neck, bridge and pickups and just about fell off my chair when I heard the difference.
the guitar is solidly made and has no flaws of any consequence. Neck is fixed to body tight and solid. The hardware is solid, tight and shiny. Everything works 100% I would have rated it an 8 or 9 but the holes for the single pole pickups are somewhat larger than the pickups and five sided. This makes it look a little less professional than I would like. Maybe it had different pickups originally - I don't know but I doubt it.

Reliability/Durability : 10
This is one tough guitar. I play it steady and can be real clumsy and bang it around a lot. Buttons are solid. It has given me absolutely no problems. I trust it implicitly but I wouldn't play any gig without a backup.

Customer Support : No Opinion
N/A I hear their out of business

Overall Rating : 9
I have been playing six or seven years and am fairly proficient at rythym and lead. I have used it with everything from a Squier 10 watt to a 40 watt Tracer w/reverb to reasonable quality powered mixers w/up to 150 watt speakers. My favorite thing about this guitar is the fullness of sound from the humbucker (since I set it up properly) and I find myself constantly gravitating to playing it almost exclusively. I'm not completely satisfied with the clarity out of the single pickups (and the big gaudy holes around them). I love this guitar and would never sell it. I'm no sound man and don't know a lot about hardware and accessories but I'll venture a guess that if I change my single pickups to something better I'll probably be 100% satisfied. I've played a few other including a Peavey and a $1000 Ibanez but found no real difference in sound (although the Ibanez had a feel I can't describe, but I liked it). I will probably never sell it but I wouldn't buy it again - the only reason for this is I like the Gibson body style better.
I would love to hear from other users who can tell me more about the history, rating and pricing for this guitar.
