2006 made.22 fret,3 way switch and 4 pots,wilkinson hardware,cherry burst,thin neck in rosewood, passive,fixed neck,

Big tonal range and plenty of power. Sounds good via Alesis effects amp and via Marshall with sionngle 10". Excellent rhytm action. Heavy like a sack of potatoes just like all LPs.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 7
Good action out of the box but better still after pro set-up. Finish excellent except for slight mismatch in the topsides quilting. 3 way switch quit after 1 hour playtime so fitted a high-qual replacement. No big deal but annoying.

Reliability/Durability : 7
Now its sorted will gig it. Hardware is smart and looks robust. Fin ish looks much better than it might at this price level.

Playing for a very long time. There are minor quibbles with this guitar but overall it is astonishingly well-made, competent and classy with it. And for how much?

Korean Les Paul copy. Black with gold hardware. Set neck, 2 humbuckers, Tune-o-matic bridge with stop bar. Decent all metal machine heads. The wood is supposed to be mahogany, well it isn't and at this price I don't expect it. Rosewood fingerboard.

Sound : 6
This guitar is let down by the electronics, which are pretty poor. The pickups sound ok clean but do not distort well at all, but at this price it is worth buying some new ones.

Action, Fit, & Finish : 8
The guitar is very well made. It is never going to compete with a Gibson or high end copies like Tokai but it is very good for the money. It plays well, has a nice neck and the finish is good. The fingerboard is quite silky. The switch sits at an angle which looks a bit odd.

Reliability/Durability : 8
It should last a long time as it is well made. The gold finish will wear off but that's normal. I think it looks great when that happens!

Customer Support : No Opinion
No need to - a good quality product.

Overall Rating : 8
I have been playing for 25 years and wanted a cheap guitar for slide. This fits the bill well as it is quite a decent guitar. It would suit a beginner or a more experienced player wanting a Les Paul on a budget. I think this is the best you will get for the money, it's a shame the pickups are poor but #60-70 should get you 2 decent replacements.
