I PLAY A VARIETY OF MUSIC FROM JAZZ TO HEAVY ROCK.
THIS GUITAR CAN ALMOST COVER THE LOT BUT THE MINI HUMBUCKERS AREN'T SUITED PARTICULARLY WELL TO HEAVY ROCK, ESPECIALLY IN THE NECK POSITION.
I BOUGHT THIS PARTICULAR MODEL FOR IT'S MINI HUMBUCKERS AS I USUALLY PLAY CLEAN AND I'M USED TO A MORE 'TREBLELY' OR THINNER SOUND. I WAS REALLY SUPRISED HOW NICE BOTH PICKUPS SOUND CLEAN. DIFFERENT TO MY SEMI-ACOUSTICS WHICH I FAVOUR BUT GOOD ENOUGH TO USE PLAYING ALMOST ANY SONG. I LOVE THE SOUND OF THIS GUITAR WITH A LITTLE BIT OF GAIN. IT PRODUCES A GREAT 'HONKY' SOUND VERY REMINICENT OF THE STONES' EXILE OF MAIN STREET SOUND. I USE THIS GUITAR WITH A FENDER BLUES DELUXE OR A VOX AC30. BOTH SOUND GREAT. IT IS THE ONLY GUITAR I OWN THAT SUITS THE 1958 EF86 CHANNEL ON MY AC30. THIS IS GUITAR SOUNDS ALOT BETTER CLEAN THAN ANY OTHER LES PAUL GUITAR, POSSIBLY APART FROM A REAL GIBSON LES PAUL DELUXE (WHICH THIS GUITAR IS BASED ON). THIS GUITAR CAN'T DO EVERYTHING, BUT THEN AGAIN NONE OF THEM CAN.

THE GUITAR WAS NOT SETUP BUT WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FOR ??150? THE FINISH IS SLIGHTLY DODGEY IN PLACES BUT AGAIN, FOR THIS PRICE I CAN'T COMPLAIN. THE HARDWARE HAD SCRATCHES ON IT OUT OF THE BOX AND WHEN I OPENED UP THE BACK I FOUND THAT THE SOLDERING WAS A BIT CLUMSLEY DONE BUT THEY PROBABLY EMPLOY 10 YEAR OLD KIDS TO DO THIS IN CHINA AND THE GUITAR SEEMS SUPER QUIET SO I CAN'T COMPLAIN. I WILL PROBABLY RE-WIRE THIS GUITAR AT SOME POINT BUT ONLY WHEN I'VE WORN OUT THE POTS ETC. IT DOES NOT STAY IN TUNE VERY WELL BUT NEITHER DO MANY GIBSONS. I WILL CHANGE THE NUT TO A GRAPHITE ONE.

I BELIEVE THIS GUITAR WILL WITHSTAND LIVE PLAYING JUST AS WELL AS MOST GUITARS UNDER ??1000. I'M CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO USE WITHOUT A BACKUP. I DON'T CARE TOO MUCH ABOUT THE FINISH. ITS A TOOL, NOT A WOMAN.

IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. I HAVEN'T HAD TO DEAL WITH THE COMPANY SO FINGERS CROSSED.

FOR THIS PRICE I AM VERY PLEASED. THIS GUITAR IS BETTER THAN ANY EPIPHONE LES PAUL I HAVE PLAYED. THE QUALITY COULD BE MORE CONSISTANT. I GUESS THIS GUITAR WOULD COST A FEW HUNDRED MORE IF THERE WAS BETTER QUALITY CONTROL BUT I'M GLAD I BOUGHT IT AND ITS A KEEPER. IF IT WERE LOST OF STOLEN I WOULD PROBABLY GO TO SHOP AND PLAY ONE FIRST RATHER THAN BUYING OVER THE INTERNET.

Sounds amazing! i bought this guitar for ??150 new and i love it more than any gibson les paul i have ever played. The neck is super smooth and i can somehow play anything when i pick up this guitar. Perfect neck! The pickups are awesome. I prefer these mini humbuckers to the regular full-size ones. The tone is never muddy, unless you want it to be. I have played this guitar through many amps including a fender G-dec junior (practise amp), Kustom solid-state combo (In store), fender blues deluxe and a handwired vox AC30. This guitar must have a beautiful natural tone which i don't usually find with les pauls. My only critism is that some may find the mini humbuckers is that it lacks low-end punch but in my case i prefer the articulate chimey highs and tight bass from these mini humbuckers. Any other guitar at this price would sound like ****. These pickups are so versitle. You can achieve gretsch-esque tones, classic rock tones and probably metal but that aint my bag. The feedback from the guitar is harmonic and beautiful. No microphonic squeels whatsover.

Perfect! action is spot-on. Wine red finish is perfect for me. Not as grainy as a gibson but for this price i couldn't care less. The hardware and switches are of excellent quality. Everything seems solid. These 'vintage' guitars have come along way in terms of quality. I have tried quite a few of them and they are flawless.

This guitar will definetly withstand live playing. I have no doubts whatsoever. I would play without a backup but then again, this guitar is so cheap i might as well by more of them.

One year warranty. I never had to deal with the company but from what i have heard. They are excellent to deal with.

This is the first solid body guitar i have bought in years. I usually play 1960s era semi-acoustic/hollowbodies. If it were stolen i would go buy another in an instant. I'm so happy with this guitar. I never thought i'd be loving a les paul style guitar. When i pick it up, it's screaming '"ROCK!'" at me.
