This guitar is made for metal, and it plays really nicely. I usually play with the bridge pickup, which makes a great sound. it can make a lot of feedback though

This guitar certainly allows a lot of versatile play. I mostly play metal, but have an avid interest in blues as well. Metal, well, this is meant to be a metal guitar, and handles the job beautifully. And when I want to play the blues, it still fits in beautifully.
I am using a Kustom KGA 10FX Guitar Amp, which has a 10-RMS output.
The sound of the guitar really pleases me. It's has got a really rich tone.
I have seen guitars which start making a screeching noise as soon as you plug it in. Nothing like that with this. Goes to show the quality of the pick-ups. For now, they are good enough, and I dont think I will need to change them for atleast the next 5 years. However, I always do lust for DiMarzio pick ups. :D

It has a nice low action, and really fast too.
The fit and finish of the guitar is amazing as well. Is it just this particular guitar, or all the guitars in this line, I cannot speculate, but my Vintage is a real beauty. It's got a smooth, satinesque finish to it. Cant find any finishing flaws with it either.
The low cut-away makes it pretty easy to reach the frets lower down the neck.

I have not gigged with it. But I have been playing really brutally.
And it still looks and sounds like new.
The beauty of it, comes with a matched toughness. Really well built.
Yes, I can depend on this one to play in gig without a backup. Of course, it is always good to have a back up though. LOL

Well, that's something I have not done. I bought the guitar from a shop named Musician Shop in Leicester.
I have been searching for two days now on Google for the website of Vintage guitars, and all I can find is retailers of the guitar, or sellers of old guitars.
However, I have a 1 year warranty on the guitar provided by Musician Shop.

I have earlier played extensively on a Slammer. I loved that guitar as well, but this Vintage is a lot better than that.
If it were stolen, well, I would probably not buy another electric guitar for a long time, as I got this one way beyond my budget.
I love the feel, finish, action and sound of the guitar. Also love the really agressive look. I have other guys in here with their strat look alikes, and also the more modern designs, but this one is truly different.
I did compare it to another guitar, an Ibanez GRG-270G. The only reason I got this one, was coz it sounded better. That's what the guitar is supposed to be for. Apart from that, the features were mostly similar.
