It's an acoustic guitar. Not much in the way of "features"m beyond what's standard and expected, but it isn't lacking anything either.
Sound
:10
Holy cow, the sound on this thing is absolutely superb. With Elixirs, the tonal quality is truly something to behold. If you didn't know, you wouldn't have any idea- after listening to it- that this guitar sells at this price point. I know it's become kinda common for people in these reviews to compare their $200 Musicians Friend Special to a $4000 Taylor- I won't do that, but I will say that the tone you get from this thing is equal to guitars costing much, much, much, much, much more... I don't know if I just got a freak or they're all this way, but I must admit, as someone who has a pretty extensive acoustic collection, this one is a real star, and unquestionably the best acoustic for the money.
Action, Fit, & Finish
:7
I'll give this one a 7- not because the fit or finish is flawed in any way (again, it's insanely good for this price point) but because the action as it came from Musicians Friend absolutely sucked. I had to spend a good deal of time with emory paper, calipers and a slotting saw to get this one up to par. It's important to keep this in mind, as not everyone is good at setting guitars up themselves, so if you aren't, you might have to plan for an extra cost to get your local music store to do it for you.
Still, considering what you get and what you're paying, it's an expense that can be totally justified. Once I got mine set up, the action positively flew and the tone, well, I've already carried on enough about that.
Even though I didn't rate every category a 10, I will still give this guitar an overall 10 rating. The cost-to-performance ratio is absolutely mind-bogging.
There are a lot of people out there who are spending much more on "big name" guitars and aren't getting anywhere near this level of performance.
If you are looking for a guitar to impress your gear-queer buddies by saying "I own a (insert big name here)", obviously, Washburns don't fit into that category. If you're a person who owns instruments to play and enjoy them and base your purchases on actual product performance rather than brands and lore, I can say without hesitation that this is unquestionably the best guitar out there for the money today. It really is that good. It's stupid good.

This is a Washburn D10sb acoustic. Its a solid top guitar made in China. bought in 2004, I've owned it for about 6 months now. It's just your basic full-size acoustic, nothing special.

This guitar has a really full sound. Much better than you'd expect for the price range. Straight from Zager, it was beautifully set up with very low action and no fret buzz. I replaced the stock strings with Elixirs (10's) and now I'm getting just the slightest hint of fret buzz in a few spots. Guess I'll try out a few different brands. It shouldn't make a difference, but the Elixirs have that coating and with an action this low, it must be enough to make a difference.
Action, Fit, & Finish

The finish is remarkable for this price. Some foreign guitars are really getting to be of very good quality, and this is one of them. I own 2 D10's and I would rate my first one (bought from Musician's Friend) as "very good", and the Zager as "perfect". I can't find a flaw. The tuners are decent (not the world's best) and the low action and straight neck make this guitar very playable. Action and feel are similar to my telecaster (though slightly heavier in an "acoustic" sort-of-way). Now, to speak about Zager and the premium they charge for set up. First, let me say that this is a very good set-up. Is it better than you can get from any good guitar-smith in town? Probably not. Zager does replace the nut with corian, which tunes very easily. They also do some good fretwork. Price at my local guitar shop for the work they do would probably run about $130. Zager essentially charges $145, and they do a very good job. As far as widening the strings on the nut; my strings are exactly the same distance apart as the strings on the other D10 that I own, purchased about 1yr earlier (I measured them with calipers). And, yes, I still find it hard to thumb the 6th string on my Zager -- despite their claims.
Reliability/Durability
:No Opinion
Haven't used it live because I don't play live. My playing consist of living room and back porch playing with friends. This guitar has withstood a great amount of play and travel for 6 months and still looks great. Absolutey no failures or signs of weak hardware.

Overall Rating

Solid, well made guitar. Very good tone. It's doesn't sound like a Martin, but I didn't pay 1400 bucks either. My friend bought a middle-of-the-line Taylor 2 weeks before I bought this guitar -- and he is pissed. When we're up late, lit and passing the guitars, everybody wants to play "that black one, 'cause it plays so good". I just wish that the strings were a little more distance apart, as advertised. I would consider another guitar from Zager. I would recommend these guitars to any beginning player. So many people quit because their guitars are junk: sound like a shoebox and kill your fingers. I don't think that Zager offers anything that you can't get anywhere else, but I can vouch that his guitars are set-up very nice. And a good set-up can mean the difference between quitting after 2 months or spending a lifetime on a great instrument.
