I've had my Standard for over 20 years. its sweet neck, tones, action and overall performance had me hooked right from the start and its still going strong even now. Its my baby. ;) Best of all, I swapped it for a crappy les paul copy of a copy.......Get In.

You can play lamost anything on this guitar. IT's incredible tones vary brilliantly for almost any type of music you ever want to play. An incredible level of sustain also thanks to the glued in neck rather than bolted neck.

i gave it a pro setup not long ago and it plays like a gem. The action is now incredible, it was ok when i received it but i like to pro setup my guitars.

Very reliable guitar. However, i have noticed that the pickups have started to rust a bit, this is probably my fault but you know.
I never play gigs without a backup guitar but im sure i could depend on this. However, the strap locks often come loose. But its no hassle to tighten them.

If this guitar was stolen i would probably buy another, jsut becuase of its incredible diversity.
However, i think this guitar should come with a tremelo setup, but the hardtail is fine.

It was made in 1985. It have 22 frets, 2 volume and 2 tone controls, and 3-way switch. It's a solid body stuff. My guitar has a H/H pick-up set. The neck pickup has the DiMarzio PAF type rhythm pickup and by the bridge, is the DiMarzio SUPER DISTORTION II. It has a joined neck, double cut-away design made of Mahogany which is a strong, hard, heavy wood with an open grain and reddish in color. The woods characteristics give it a fairly bright sound and it sustains well with a strong attack. The fingerboard is Rosewood with dotted position markers and the rear had a hip contour for comfort. It's so great to play with that. Playing is so softly. The hardware was chrome and included - Close Ratio tuning machines. Its neck is thin, so cool, so softly. I love its neck.

Its sound is great. I love its clean sound and its distorted one either. Hard sound is so clean too, there is no noise with its pick-ups, just rich/full sounds. I can play with a lot of type of music. Rock'n'roll, metal.

Finish is so cool. Pick-ups right. the only 3 thing I don't like, its shape and its head and the color of pick-ups(vanilla).But overall it is goodlooKING.
