Made in Japan, somewhere in the mid-late 80s I think. 22 frets, one volume and one tone, with coil tapping capabilities on the bridge humbucker. Single coils in neck and middle positions. Don't know which woods it was made from, but the trans finish on the body showed some nice grain underneath. Mine had a Kahler USA Flyer trem, with a stringlock behind the nut. Easily playable neck.

Fairly versatile guitar, good for rock and some metal, possibly has other uses but I don't play much else! Sounded pretty good through my 30 watt Kustom amp, which isn't a particularly good one. Single coils can be a bit noisy when the treble's up, but can't all single coils?
Action, Fit, & Finish

Action was pretty low, finish stood up pretty well. It had plenty of scratches and dents, mainly on the back, but then it was a 20 year old guitar that looked like it had seen a fair few gigs.

It seems pretty durable. I never got the chance to gig with it, but due to the Kahler trem I'd probably have taken a back-up guitar if I had gigged it.

I'm pretty sure the company went out of business a long time ago.

I've been playing a few years, and this is probably the best guitar that's come my way. If it were stolen or lost I don't think I'd be able to get another one, but I'd probably get something else just for the sake of being different!

Good bright sounding guitar, plenty of sustain.
Pickups are quite noisy.
Suits Rock/Metal and some Blues.
Played into a Peavey Bandit Solo series, or direct into P.C Soundcard
Don't like bright twang after 17yrs! apart from that ..nowt really

Action is low
Pickups are setup fine. BTW if this guitar had some duncan seymours in...Phew!!
Finish is standing upto thrashings well. It came with dings and chips when i got it and i've added only 2 more in the 17yrs i've had it.
All controls/pots work well.
Tuners work well, no loose parts
Polishes up well.

Well built for home use, not sure whether it could handle years of gigging.
saying that it has never let me down in the time i've had it.
I've gigged it maybe 6 times, no probs.
Keeps in tune aswell as my '94 Strat Plus (locking Schallers)
Always have a backup!

Giving it 8/10 it's been worth every penny. 80 quid for a guitar that plays aswell as the day i got it.
if it were stolen or lost i wouldn't be able to replace it...you seen any?
I play a '94 Strat Plus in C.A.R and when i need to add that extra metal twang i go for my Westone.
