It's an overall amazing look, tone, quality-- the Japanese must have mastered the art or guitar-making.

Warm, bright, and the note won't warp if you pluck the string oddly. It's great.

I've been playing this baby for a few years now, passed down from my father to me, where he got it from his step brother. It's lasted over 30 years in our family with not but a few scratches on it. It's been able to withhold three rug rats for a good few years, and it's still kicking! I would trust this thing anywhere, and I've never been disappointed by it on the night of a show!

It's lasted two generations, and I'm planning on teaching my kids how to play on it. I'd never give it up for anything in the world. I love this baby, and it's a fine piece of work. I wouldn't change anything on it-- not even the scratches. Heck, most of those were from me, when I was a toddler, banging on it for the first time. Ahh, good times.

Found this guitar in a yard sale in Victoria, Newfoundland, Canada.
Top was cracked, it had been abused over the years and was apparent.
Took it home, cleaned it up, restrung the thing and was amazed at the tone and ease of handling.
Model A Y370S

Purchaced in 1972 from a pawn shop, so it was used already. It is a solid top has 20 frets. I played it for about a year, then it sat for 21 years. then my sons began playing. It sounds beautiful, I like it way better than many of their friends expencive guitars. It came with a aligator type hard case. The finish is still very good. i plan on passing it down to my grandson.

i have been playing for about 1 year then i left it for about 21 years then i gave it to my sons for 4 years. they have electric guitars one gretsch, yamaha, and a fender. if it were lost and i found it somewere else i would definately buy it back. i love everything about this guitar. i have compared it to other guitars and it has come up top over all of them. i wish i could findout more about it however.
