Quiet w/ minimal hiss at very high volume & I've always had volume to spare at gigs since I started using it (no matter how many guitarists were on the bandstand).
Reliability

It has occasionally shut down at high volume.......always at rehearsals, never at a gig thank goodness. It seems very sturdy and I gig w/ it as my only amp.

ALWAYS got a prompt reply to my questions from Barbetta (and it was usually from the owner of the company). I've not had to contact them since buying the amp. Of course if they REALLY wanted to help their customers out they would reduce the prices of their products!

Would like to buy a 2nd one and play in stereo but that may take a while since it's so expensive........if I could afford to I would replace it if it was stolen.
