Ease of Use : 7
Easy to use even without the instruction book although some functions take longer to figure out.

Features : 8
Lots of sounds to choose from: piano (very convincing) to Star Trek.
Chord fill-ins and every beat you could wish.
In my opinion very complete (for a not so spoiled child of the '60s).
Key feel is a little on the stiff side (but not irritating) although the keys are pressure sensitive.
No expansion capabilities but for learning piano and expressing emotions a joy to play.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 8
See previous description.
Piano, bells and marimba are very convincing.
Others like wind and string instruments are not.

Reliability : 8
Casio has a good name for reliability so that is a comfort.

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 8
I would buy it again if only for the realistic piano sound and pressure sensitive keys.

Ease of Use : 9
My kids were able to handle the setup without the manual in about 4 minutes. It's that easy!

Features : 1
8 voice poly, and basically no real features at all, no midi, no key velocity, no expansion. Lots of sounds that are VERY ordinary. But I bought it 2nd hand to try to learn the piano, and for the money I paid $30US I'm happy

Expressiveness/Sounds : 2
As above - not much to mention here

Reliability : 10
10+ years without a hitch - no fuzzyness from the speakers. If I gigged I wouldn't have even thought about this keyboard :)

Customer Support : No Opinion

Overall - It's OK, not good, but it was an OK price and I guess it'll keep pretending to be an instrument for many years to come
