It is real easy. It's its simplicity that is its disadvantage. In other words: this synth is crap
Features
:

Well...it was a great beginners synth and it should remain that way. If you wanna go professional, you don't even touch this one. Its biggest feature has got to be the MIDI-implementation, which nowadays is a standard feature...

Cheesy samples which are as far from authentic as they are good.

It's reliable to the max, but you sure won't gig with this piece. I used it in kindergarten and it sure was cool back then, but then I grew up. Since it's digital PCM, you won't be recognizing any reliability issues.

I haven't dealt with them and I'm not stupid enough to contact them, as they sure would laugh at me if I would even mention this piece. They would die laughing if I told them I had problem with it...

I'm gonna give it to my children as it is a child's synth. Basically, this one's crap.

Ver1.0
The presets have a good variety of different timbers and sound effects that have come in pretty useful. I wish they were customizable though.
The manual is average, the unit is fairly easy to use, so no real need to refer to it.
Features

32 note polyphonic, which is great! I had a CZ 1000 which was 4 note poly and really limited your playing ability! I wish it was full polyphonic, but I'm happy with it. The effects are nice, but the lack of a pitch or mod wheel makes a difference. No expansion, but with 100 preset sounds, it's enoguh to keep you busy. The MIDI and pressure sensitivity is good. No seq, and over all real easy to use.

For a keyboard in it's price range the sounds are crisp and rich.
I think it would be a good keyboard for general use, Don't think it would be good for techno
The effects are a little limited but interesting.
It has touch sensitivity, but I don't use it much, it could be better.
The velocity is slow to react and the sensitivity range is pretty narrow.

I've had it for 12 years and works great! Overall a good keyboard.
Depends, if it's a small gig, sure.

I don't think they make them anymore, so I'd have to get something else
Been playing for about 15 years. I had 17 keyboards at one time, now all I have is the Casio CZ 1000 and the CT 700. The CZ1000 doesn't work anymore.
I like the 5 octaves and the 32 polyphony.
Not much I don't like.
It's been 12 years, I have no real idea why I choose this one over the others.
Pitch and mod wheels, expansion, modification ability's, change sounds, etc.
Sure, it's great to write music. Nothing gets in the way.
Nope

I WONT TELL MUCH ABOUT THIS KEYBOARD.I BOUGHT IT SECOND HAND 2 YEARS AGO FOR MIDI CONNECTION.I MADE SEVERAL COMPOSINGS AND ALSO LEARNED TO PLAY KEYBOARD.AS I HAVE BEEN PLAYING GUITAR FOR SEVERAL YEARS IT TOOK ME FEW MONTHS TO LEARN.SOUNDS ARE GREAT FOR A THIS MODEL KEYBOARD.I PLAYED IN MANY CONCERTS.NOW I AM ABOUT TO GET A PRO ONE.
THE LACK OF PITCH-MODULATION WHEEL AND THE PRESENCE OF THE SPEAKERS ARE THE DISADVANTAGES.

It's easy to switch between tones and chord modes (with a toggle switch) & the manual is very clear and easy. This is the easiest keyboard I've seen.

Keyboard action is good, and polyphony is 32. THe keys also have 'touch response' which I use a lot.

This synth has very goods sounds for a '92 model (esp. the dist. guitar and pipe organ)which are expressive. It's good for just about any genre of music except hardcore techno.

I would definately try to find one again if ti were stolen, since it's my first synth that I've owned for 9 years. It's way better than the newer keyboard owned by my relative.
Despite this keyboard being 10 years old, it's good for everyone except high-end pro types.

I had to Fix Mine, It had a short in the Power Supply. I rig it up by cutting the Battery Cord from the board and splicing the Power Adapter
So far I say It's very dependable I can Basically slam the Keys..The Always work :)

I've had this model for over 7 years. It was my first attempt at playing a keyboard. The instruction book was excellent, and enabled me to advance rather quickly (since I was already playing the accordion at the time).
Features
:
8
The instrument has a "pressure sensative key" feature, but I don't use it. It also has midi capabilities but, again, I do not use the feature.
My routine method of playing songs is to use the "one key" option for chords since, having played the accordion, I am not familiar (nor do I want to take the time to learn) true chording.
Expressiveness/Sounds
:

The over-all sound is quite good. In fact, I use this keyboard to perform for others on a pay-for-play basis. Indeed, it's earned me several thousands of dollars over the years (playing at bars, suppers, parties, retirement homes, etc.).
I wish, however, that it had the option for more "softer" background accompanyment. It has some, but not enough options (buttons) for my liking (I play the old standard tunes).
Reliability
:
8
The instrument has proven to be very sturdy and dependable. I can not begin to account for the number of times I transported the keyboard to different locations, and without any problems (whether the weather is hot or cold). However, I made a hard-shell carrying case for it.

This instrument proved to be very user-friendly, and has adapted itself nicely to the more than 1,500 song titles of original sheet music I have accumulated (1920s to early 1970s). On the first page of each song I wrote the appropriate numbers to enter on the keyboard (before) beginning to play the tune (one for background, one for treble, and one for tempo).
In fact, I like the instrument so much that I have purchased two (2) additional CT-700 models from local pawn shops to use as backups in the event my first one ever fails me. The need to use these two has not yet occured.
Because of the ease of operation, I have refused new models.
