Ease of Use : 9
Very easy - all laid out for you, although the arpeggiation can be tricky to adjust - but its a little more of a novelty than anything.

Features : 10
polyphonic, about 20 instrument presets, rhythms, arpeggiator, casio chord, fingered chords, usual casio stuff.

tuning knob (YES!) for tuning to guitar players.

onboard effects include sustain and chorus.

for it's age and price bracket, an excellent range of options.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 10
This is where personal taste may come into play.

Let me be clear about all the presets on this thing - they are harsh, boxy, buzzy, electronic and unrealistic.

and i LOVE THAT ABOUT IT.

while they may not sound anything like what they claim to emulate, every sound is organic, unique, and has a life of it's own. and if you love trashy lo-fi indie rock, this will fit right in.

this thing pretty much makes anything sound like Tokyo Police Club - one of my favorites! nails the "nature of the experiment" sound to a T.

These days you can get any old keyboard to sound like a real piano. where's the fun in that?!

Reliability : 10
it must be 20 years old or older, and everything is still 100%.

Customer Support : No Opinion

I love it, you might not, but i dont care what you think! this thing is totally cool in it's own old-school hip-to-be-square sort of way.

for any fans of the Unicorns, Tokyo Police Club, Casiotone for the Painfully Alone, or any sort of similar indie/lofi techno, this is the 'board of your dreams!
