Ease of Use

no presets-just switches and sliders-the sounds you can create are thin and nasal to HUGE

this little instrument has a membrane switch keyboard...i've had to cover parts of it with electrical tape and this has not affected anything. it has a built-in phase shifting effect, an octave switch that expands the range of the short keyboard, a tuning slider with about an octave range, a sub octave slider, a filter, a resonance switch and some crude envelope controls. the keyswitches themselves
ARE velocity sensitive and can also affect the filter. it's a non-expandable instrument, no sequencer, no midi...
Expressiveness/Sounds

i've used this thing to play rock live, but one might be better off sampling it and playing it back from a real keyboard...that membrane keyboard is definitely different to play-

the back panel of this thing is made of CARDBOARD, so get it wet or sweaty and the thing will start to disintegrate...i would no longer use it on a gig...however, i DID forget about on top of a car once, drove thirty miles, went back to get it, found it in two pieces, glued it back together and it works as good as it ever did...

it's a cool little piece if you can find it...i think if you run it through a delay you can get a sound that rivals MOOG taurus pedals...i used to run it through a delay and an EH big muff...now THAT's a party
