Ease of Use : No Opinion
Very basic one octave midi foot controller. Plastic housing and wood on pedals. Has 4 bottons on top allowing selection of transpose, bank select, midi channel and program change. Manual is super basic. Operation is super basic. BUT, while playing live one needs to hold the button and press the pedals that corrospond to numbers. This is OK if you are sitting at a keyboard but if you are standing playing a guitar....forget. You need bend over and press the botton and then enter the desired bank, patch or whatever. no switch on the fly here. I suppose it is meant for keyboard players so as a guitarist I can't fairly judge it.

Features : 1
see above. simplicity.

Expressiveness/Sounds : No Opinion
no internal sounds. only 2 octave transpose range as opposed to 6 on a roland PK5A. This is about a hundred dollars less though.

Reliability : No Opinion
seems OK. Cheap plastic but seems heavy enough.

Customer Support : No Opinion
never contacted them.

Overall Rating : 5
it is what it is. limited functions and cheaper build keep cost down...I guess. Actually it's quite pricey for what it is. Very simple. very few parts. A 61 key midi controller keyboard can be had for around the same cost and that has WAy more features. I don't get it.

This is a simple pedalboard. No software version, presets, or editing capabilities. The manual is breif and easy to follow.

Features : 7
It has 1 MIDI out port, program, bank, midi channel, and tranpose buttons. It's pretty cut and dry. I use it for bassline's on the organ. If you want to do advanced stuff on the fly, you're better off finding another pedalboard.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 10
It works well for anyone who plays the organ. However, because of the short sticks, you really can't use the heel-toe method. Since I don't play by that method, it's no problem for me. I don't know about velocity or aftertouch since an organ plays the note at the same volume regardless of how soft or hard you press the keys.

Reliability : 10
Seems to be well built. About 15 lbs. The pedals are very easy to press down on. Just don't go throwing it off the stage or anything and I think you'll be okay.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never have and hopefully never will have to deal with customer support. This pedal board is so simple you really can't get lost.

Overall Rating : 10
If I ever did lose this or if it got stolen, I'd most likely replace it. All I needed was a simple little pedal board so I wouldn't have to play basslines with my left hand. And that's exactly what I got. I've been playing about 6 1/2 years, but started learning the organ about 4 years ago. I love everything about this pedal board. It does exactly what I need it to do. Since the only feature I use on this unit is the midi channel button, I don't have any experience with the other features. So there's really nothing I hate about this unit. It's the cheapest pedal board out there. It definately helps me make music it. 2 handed chords or taking my hand off the bass to switch the leslie speed (on the organ) is definately noticable. Now I don't have to deal with that issue.

Ease of Use : 8
No software, presets, patches. The manual was OK. This unit is simply a controller pedalboard. It was quite easy to use right out of the box.

Features : 6
The keyboard (pedals) have good action, and the velocity sensitivity is good, actually quite good for a pedalboard. No built in effects. No expansion capabilities. MIDI capabilities are good, but onboard controls are difficult to work with just you feet (impossible -- I have to reach down and do them). I guess if you were sitting, you could do things on the fly. There is transposition, channel select, program change. But this is a simple unit, you know going in that there aren't a large number of "features". They would really be meaningless here.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 7
Very easy to use. I use it for rock, both bass and keyboard/synth backing to my guitar playing (like Rush). No onboard effects. Velocity as well as aftertouch good, especially for a pedalboard.

Reliability : 8
So far, quite dependable. I have no backup, and no problems yet.

Customer Support : 7
Unit had no serial number, but company was helpful in helping me register the unit.

Overall Rating : 8
A much better deal than the competition, but if I had to replace it, I would likely get the larger (MP-117) unit from Fatar. Been playing for 30 years, but pedals just 2 years. Like it's simplicity, but "roller" controls would be easier to operate on the fly with just my feet. I chose this unit based on price, no regrets. Really helps for what I use it for (bass and mostly keyboard/synth backing).
