Flip the one switch and your there unlike the older models Like the B-3 where theres two on and off switches
but it will take a while for the tubes to warm up (1 min at least)
Features

full polyphony
The organ has percussion, Non scanner vibrato which is good because scanners cause problems if oil leaks into them like the M-100 models, there and Three degrees of reverberation
This particular organ has a internal leslie installed which means I no longer use the built in vibrato with chorus(Nice)
Also you can buy a leslie kit and hook up a leslie tone cabinet
Which would make the organ much louder for a church or large building
The tubes add rich and warm sound

The organ has Upper drawbars 16', 5 1/3', 8', 4', 2 2/3', 2',1 3/5',
1 1/3',1'. The organ has three pre set tabs which are trumpet, clarinet
and full organ
The organ has lower drawbars 8', 4',2 2/3',2',1 3/5',1 1/3',1' .
also the pre set tab which is ensembles
The organ has a pipoe organ sound and you can use it to play anyting
nomarlly played on a organ such as rock, gosple, and hymns

There has never been any major problems with the organ.
The only sound problems were caused by dirty drawbars which can be cleaned with lube job and should not cause any problem for a nice while, or corroded tube pins (which can be cleaned by selected
cleaners). The organ should be oilied once a year only with hammond oil and it would be a good idea to keep the glass on the tubes free of dust which will act as a insolator and will shorten the life of your tubes
i wouldn't recommend getting the key contacts cleaned unless it is
ABSOLUTELY NEEDED because your key got a spot on the contact clean where the key hits and if you use a bus bar it only speads the dirt around, with normal use it will not need to be clean for years
but when it do get a professional to do it.
Thus, if the organ is will taken care of if will be 100% reliable

I never dealt with the Hammond/Susuki company but i know they do not carry spear parts for older organs but they still produce the hammond oil.
There is a local technician that services organs where I live
Spare parts can be bought off the internet or from your local technician.
In my mind Hammond/Susuki should once again start building the classics with the real tonewheel instead of the digital
stuff there using now.

If it were destroyed I would would search with every fiber in my body to get another one just like it.
it is perfect in my mind no problem what so ever.
Remember you can't beat that original tonewheel sound from a hammond!

Simple. Turn on the switch. It starts chugging. A few seconds later you've got sound. No special license required.

Lots of drawbars, but alot of them don't work or are glitchy on my Hammond. Oh, well. What do you expect for $60. The bass pedals worked well the first few days, and then one of them, the F note is stuck in the on position, so I have to turn the bass section down. Sucks. I sure would like to know how to fix it. Sounds beautiful except for the sound of the motor. It's kind of loud. Maybe it needs lube? Anyway, it's difficult to record. I use a gate and it helps. All tube circuitry, and it looks like somebody replaced the speakers. It sounds SO warm and nice.

I've only had it a year or 2, but it works almost as good as day 1.

Almost as easy as a piano. One switch turns on the tone wheel, wait 15 seconds, and you're ready

Full polyphony, great action (has thin keys tho. Not like B-3 or piano). It has 2 percussions, 3 spring reverbs (3 is combo of 1 & 2), chorus, drawbars, pedals, 2 built in 10's (i think). It's drawback is no output. Signal goes strait to speakers. It can be modified with a step-down transformer and a 1/4" jack, but I've yet to do that. I have a motion sound I've wanted to connect it to.

Love that tonewheel. Often imitated, but never quite the same. I love playing it with only percussion. SpOoKy! Sounds awesome.

It gave me greif once. It gradually got quieter, and quieter, and then only the presets worked. The master volume, strangely, could be controlled by a drawbar ?? I figured it was a short circuit, so I took off the back to see which tubes wouldn't light up, jiggled them around, and they all worked. It's been playing like a dream ever since! You have to oil it once a year. I've never gigged with it, and I doubt that I will.
