Ease of Use : 10
every part of this piano is the best you can find. The manual is explanitory, but it isn't that easy to under stand. It can patch!

Features : 10
the sound can change from trebel to bass and everything in between. I have an Eb alto saxophone and now i can read my saxophone music on the piano! The key board action is amazing and it has tons of built in effects that even a 6th grader could use!

Expressiveness/Sounds : 10
Very good, but i could write a whole book so i'll just have to say no comment

Reliability : 10
I can depend on it and my friend who is a professional only needs to bring one to a gig.

Customer Support : No Opinion
this piano is so great i never needed an upgrade or a repair so i dont know about customer service.

Overall Rating : 10
It is one of the best pianos ever made along with the korg models.

I bougt this as my first keyboard when starting in a rock band at age 13. I thought it sounded great, but what did I know?
Well, it's really easy to use, it's your typical homekeyboard, select a patch by pressing numbers.
Editing the patches can actually be done, but only 4 at a time though. And I think they sound awful anyway.

Features : 1
The polyphony is 12, which is enough when playing with your two hands only, but if you turn on the chorus, (you can't use the rock organ without chorus, it sound SO bad) the polyphony goes down to 6, and it's not fun to play a keyboard with a 6 note polyphony.
The effects are chorus, sustain and duet. Duet is....awful. It's supposed to create a second voice for you when playing, but it doesn't care what chords you are playing with your left hand.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 1
This keyboard has one good sound, the strings. They are excellent, but that is the only patch you can use. No realistic instruments at all.
It's touch sensitive, but that doesn't mean much when the keys are breaking all the time.

Reliability : 1
After playing for about a year, I broke my first key. The next key broke two minutes before a gig, and it kept going. I've had the keyboard for almost 4 years now, and I have broken 9 keys so far.
It's too bad I don't have any money, so I can't buy a new one. When using it these days, I use another keyboard to play on via MIDI.
I've got to get a Hammond!

Never dealt with them.

Overall Rating : 1
It's worth nothing. It was the only thing I could afford, and I still can't afford anything else, but I've got to get a Hammond.
