Ease of Use : 10
Good - presets are easy to reach.

Features : 8
Good - but no midi - just an "old fashioned" organ. For its age it had enough features to satisfy most organists.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 10
Excellent - the strings are great, flute wonderful, trombone fantastic, whistle great. Piano sounds not so good. Flutes can be mixed to create jazz organ, Hammond sound, or a nice churchy organ. Tremolo sounds a bit weird and takes some getting used to aurally, I think they tried to create a theater organ sound but is not that great. Overall pretty good sounds.

Reliability : 10
Kawai builds to last. excellent.

Customer Support : 10
REally good.

Overall Rating : 10
I would definitely move up to a bigger Kawai organ with better theater organ sounds. Have been playing organ for a few years and this Kawai is the most modern organ in my collection, and gets played the most (even over the Hammond tone wheeled) so that probably sums it up.
