this is where it goes to hell in a hand basket, the first SD1 i purchased, after 1 month the system went crazy would freeze make loud squealing noises returned it to the store and had the operating system changed and updated, after 10 minutes after getting it back the same thing again. Sent the keyboard back to the store and was sent a replacement 20 minutes out of the box and the same defect. I would not reccomend this keyboard to do any gigging and it is too expensive for a second backup.

Ketron has very bad customer support no answers to emails the store i bought it from was great.

Crap Crap Crap Crap. I will spend the xtra 400 euros for a Yamaha Tyros and be happier Sounds great and looks great in the store but other than that Crap crap crap and it went back to the store.
