This is a very simple piano yet probably the best you can get for under 4 grand. You just turn it on and away you go, but don't be fooled, this is a professional concert piano which can midi-out into any type of system if required.

Built in recorder, metronome etc. The action is nothing short of a real piano, it feels identical in every way, Korg have done a fantasic job making this machine! The weighted graded hammer action keys are simply a pleasure to play.

The thing I like about my KORG the most is it's amazing true piano sound. I can honestly say that it's suitable for any type of music and the effects it has are very quality, not like cheaper models this machine is made to please even the most judgemental ears!
Reliability

I had another KORG a few year ago which needed to have the hammer weights replaced on occasions, which was cheap to do, but the weights on this piano seem to be built to last, I've caned this piano for more than 2 years now and it's never missed a beat, I think the reliability is quite outstanding compared to other brands, the only other piano I've owned that would compare would be a ROLAND which was a professional instrument in a similar price bracket to this one.
Customer Support
:
No Opinion
I'm really not sure about customer support as I have never had a problem with the EC350, however When I needed help from them with my old much cheaper KORG, they were very helpful.

If it was stolen I would not only be heart broken, I would be damn suprised! It would take a strong rook to drag this thing from your house, it is a very solid built piano that just looks superb in any home. If anything was to happen to it I would definitely replace it with exactly the same model otherwise the latest version of the same model, either one would be just as good.
