Very straightforward. I love the tablet controls. The full polyphony is awesome. Solid analog presets, some are cheesy but totally usable. Limited filter and ADSR-type controls. Manuals available on ebay.

Amazing 48 key full polyphony. How did they do it with three oscillarors? Big comfy keys. Built in chorus is fine, nothing special for me. It is controllable with the joytick, which is nice. No midi (it's from the late 70's). Not at all modular like the MS-20, but about a third of the price.

Not very realistic, though prized for it's string sounds. I like the electric piano, harmonics, brass is quite cheesy, but comes with a low-pass filter, so it's useful too. It has some limits. It does not make clean moog-y synth tones. I like the strings and the electric piano. I use it with three Moogerfoogers which I get disproportionate pleasure from since they all have hardwood construction and the MFs fit right perfectly on top.

I have had no troubles, but have not had it for very long. I have the strong sense that if you treat it well it will treat you well. There seem to be a number of these around that have never been serviced, etc...

Not made anymore, no idea.

I would consider buying one again, though not 100% sure. It goes so well with my Moogerfoogers... I love the tablet controls. I wish it had a little control voltage capability. It does have a trigger output, so you could use it with an MS-50.

Not realistic, which makes it great. I recommend running it through an amp and some stomp boxes.

Not versataile, so it can't be the only thing you take on a gig, unless you build the tunes and arrangements around it. The chorusing is great, and the little tweaking you can do with the sounds and balance is great. It's an odd shape, so I haven't been able to find a case for it.
