Tons of features: midi in/out, 4 1/4' jacks, tons of asigneable knobs, but your lucky if your computer recognizes it for longer than 30 mins, befoe you have to re-instal the drivers so it'll work again.
Pretty dman ennoying if you planned on using it to play live.

Nice keyboard, decent knobs & sliders; aliitle on the "toy" side of things, could be more sturdy, but I guyes it wold be as "portable".

After all the warnings I was given about M-audio controlers by other music makers & performers, I still went out & bought 1...
...what an IDIOT I was to do so.

Running under Windows XP with Tracktion 2 and NI Essentials
Using included firewire to a Pentium D820 Dual Core w 1Gb RAM
M-Audio Delta 1010lt sound card
I haven't been able to use some of the functions of the Ozonic like saving whole keyboard setups and recalling them, I figure it should be easy to do just set the controllers and press a few keys and save to a preset for some reason I can't get it to work either I have a defective keyboard or I am missing some instruction? The software Enigma that you can download from M-audio also I could not get to work. I also attempted to use Midi cords to use the Ozonic but I couldn't get that to work either. What did work. Once the firewire was set up and Tracktion all set up the Velocity Sensitive Keyboard worked great was able to map out the joystick and aftertouch to Absynth. It seems to work solid with no crashes. I am using the included drivers from M-audio for the Ozonic and my Delta 1010lt. I get error messages when trying to install the newer M-audio drivers.

The Velocity sensitive keyboard can give you nice dynamics as does aftertouch and the joystick when mapped to your filter on your VST etc.
You can set the limits on the midi controls.
You can pretty much set up the Velocity feel of it and how the controllers react so should be good for almost any style of music.

with the firewire have not had it crash on me although I read other users have had problems. The firewire connection looks a bit delicate so I can see that maybe wearing out if it gets knocked.
Can't say how it will last over time. Slightly on the plasticky side. Right off the bat couldn't install the latest drivers and Enigma never worked and can't get the custom midi maps to save and be recalled.

Despite the problems I can still use it. I am new to all this so I may just be missing something. If anyone knows anything about how to install the new drivers or how to get Enigma or the presets working don't hesitate to email me!
