Ease of Use : 8
THe presets are fairly true to life. I particulary like the sax sounds. The organ is easy to drive. I have been impressed with it from a usability point of view.

Features : 7
The AT50, like its larger brother (AT70) is fully featured. IT has numerous manual effects although to use them u lose the lower keyboard. The most annoyng feature for me is that there is no independent control over the midi channel volumes. The channels are either on or off.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 8
The sounds can be varied by adding reverb to each sound bank. The sustain can be on or off and also the base setup allows for a general room/hall reverb sound. The only annoying feature with the organ I own is that acouple of the organ tabs actually produce a high pitched not (or is it an annoying whistle). Obviosly to test out if its a fault or a feature would require an expense and whilst I know the whistle is there it is not that annoying that I would want to prove it a feature or fault. All the sounds are well balanced.

Reliability : 10
I have owned my organ for 3 years and have had no problems so far

Customer Support : 9
Roland have been Excellent and friendly and offer good advice.

Overall Rating : 8
Would I buy another Roland Yes I would. I like its ease of use. Its a pity that some midi files don't play on it for some reason and its a pity that Roland appear to use their formatting of saved files on this model.
