Ease of Use : 10
No Software, this is analogue. Editing as easy as it can get, just tweak the knobs. Manual is not necessary but looks very funny and has nice examples of weird settings.

Features : 5
Two trigger inputs, one for each oscillator. Footswitch for switching the effect off. That's it.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 10
Great sounds. This is pure analogue raw power, earsplitting unearthly noises, drones and wails apart from punchy electronic bass and the classic synth toms. Extremely versatile soundwise, lots of range to invent weird stuff. Great.

Reliability : 10
Tough stuff. It's old but no problems at all. Accepts all kinds of trigger signals, even ordinary microphones.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Do they still exist? Or at least produce electronic stuff? Well, guarantee is no longer valid on this unit anyway...

Overall Rating : No Opinion
It's a gem. If you're looking for a machine that can produce unheard-of noises galore, this is it. Easy to use, easy to trigger, great for transforming a drumset into a killer machine but I use its triggers to tap them with my fingers lightly and that works as well. This thing is named correctly, it can kill people (and speakers) without any feeling of remorse. Two oscillators means two such noises at the same time. Detune them, put different length on them and Kraftwerk look like kiddies playing with tame toys. Coolest device in my rig.
