Ease of Use : 10
I bought this piano a few years ago. I've loved it ever since. It's fun for my nephews and nieces to come over and play it. They love it... they love the many different sound effects... and the sampling modes. It's a great piano, easy as heck to use.

Features : 8
The features on this piano are pretty good although compared to some of the newer pianos, it does not have as many functions.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 8
The sound quality is one of the best for an electric piano. Of course it cannot compare to a REAL GRAND piano... but it's very good regardless for electronically generated sounds.

Reliability : 9
Definitely reliable. I've used this piano for over eight years now. It's never failed me.

Customer Support : No Opinion
Never had to deal with them.

Overall Rating : 7
Awesome piano!!!

Ease of Use : 7
Good. The manual is slightly confusing and the keyboard as a whole could use more buttons and fewer subcategories, but as a whole fairly easy. The quantizing is a good feature, but would it kill them to make it a little bit clear what the ryhtym they're distorting a recorded performance to adhere to is?
The ease of selecting sounds, however, is fairly high. The percussion instrument images above the keys help A LOT.

Features : 5
I like the amazing selection of rythym patterns, but compared to other keyboards, there aren't many other features (e.g. pitch and mod wheels, ability to edit sound wave patterns, etc.). I'm guessing that it's probably made for the people that just want something that can do a few things. The sequencer is good, though it could be made to handle a few more time signatures. However, I've only played it a few times, so my comments in this category are probably not as reliable.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 5
It could use a few more sounds. The reverberation effects probably could also be intensified (I can't notice much difference).

Reliability : No Opinion

Overall Rating : 6
I think the keyboard could have made a few more features apparent without the manual.

Ease of Use : 10
Around 200 sounds, has full weighted keys, groovy (but wierd) keyboard cover, great auto accompniment, huge LCD back lit display, and midi capabilities as well. Easy to use, and great display layout.
Havn't touched the manual, but since it's so easy to use, I only looked at it a few times.

Features : 7
Polyphony is 64, keyboard action is great. It features great piano sounds, although the elec. pianos are not as great, the grand paino sound is the best. Has great pad sounds and strings. All the other sounds, e.g guitar, brass, organ, sounds artificial.
Has good (not super) built in effects, digital reverb, chorus, etc.
The sequencer part of this piano is the best feature. It is very user friendly, easy to edit, and sweet to record. A 16 track sequencer is recorable in MIDI or in Technics format. Has direct MIDI play feature.

Expressiveness/Sounds : 7
Sounds are very good. Pedals are programmable...(woohoo)
Features 3 pedals, you can assign the middle pedal as sustain for the strings or pad sounds (when you play paino +pads).

Reliability : 5
Reliability is pretty hard to rate, cause this is about 60 Kilos and prove to be un-moveable. Impossible for GIgs. However it managed a a moving here and there, when I had to move it betweens rooms, etc.

Sometimes the display stuffs up but this clears out once you turn it off and on again.

This thing has survived multiple children kiddie attacks as well. I'm proud to say this thing did not fail me after children had bashed their favorate round of 'chopsticks'...

Never dealt with the company. Although I needed ways to repair the piano. This paino started to suffer from fuzz, and crackling sounds at the background after I've been using it for around a year. I havn't been bothered to consult the shop about this problem.

Overall Rating : 7
If it was lost or stolen, I'd laugh...how can someone steal a piano?
This is my 2nd piano, and I've been playing paino for around 10 years.
Since then I've been playing Synths/keyboards for 3 years.
My other keyboard is a Yamaha PSR8000, but recently I've purchased a Roland XP-80 (woohoo!)

If I could buy another digi-piano again, then my preference would be at a Roland RD600. But I wish the RD600 was around 6 years ago..

Overall A sufficient digital piano that does the job, piano sounds, auto accompiment, sequencer, even drums. Not super flashy but gets it done.
