I have both analog and DAW set ups.

The ADK A51-tc is a fantastic tube condenser mic with a set polar pattern (this would be the only thing I would critique about it).
I have used it on drums in a variety or positions, on vocals and guitar cabinets.
It also works wonderfully as a room mic for band recordings.
If you drive it hard is has definite tube charector,fairly crisp high end and good body. I have to say this is my go to mic for vocals, it has worked well on many different singers and really brings the sound up front.
When the mic had 'issues' the people at ADK were stellar and sent my a new power supply free of charge, all this after I had told them I bought it off Ebay and was a second owner.
Nothing bad to say really.
