Blue Microphones Snowball

I have playing in various bands and making music for 10+ years. I have very little recording experience outside of recording in studios (I was not doing the actual recording) so I wanted something I could lay down tracks with simply.

The Snowball is great for that with one problem: Multitracking. The latency on this thing is crazy. If you're planning on multitracking then forget it. If you're trying to capture your songwriting ideas then it's a great tool.

I believe the Mic had 3 pre set patterns, all of them have their various applications. One cool feature was the build in noise gate which was awesome.
