Overall Rating

It is a ribbon microphone figure 8
I am using the microphone on horns, acoustic guitars, vocals
I am placing the mic in many variations around the instruments also incorporating it with combinations with different microphones.
Yes I was considering a wide variety of different ribbon microphones
It is a very powerful mic it has great gain and is very clear on all the musical tones it picks up.
I extremely like the shock mount it is built very nice and seems to be very sturdy the bands are not like other microphones and seem not to stretch and give as others so I will not need to replace them. Plus the casing of the shock mount is solid as can be.
I think it falls short that a manual does not come with it. Not that I need one but I think that others would.
Yes I would defiantly recommend this to others. I think that this is defiantly a great value and a great bang for the buck.
